They've been calling my house for several days now.  I've told everybody in my family to just hang up  -- I figured it was virus related.

I answer, I don't have any PC. Only Mac. He hung up.

Just received a phone call from this number.  Caller ID stated MGL BPO.  Same as most of the calls above, gentlemen with a heavy Indian accent who said he was from Microsoft and needed some information from my computer so that he could fix it.  When I started laughing, he hung up.

Got a hang up from them very early this morning

Called twice...same issues as above indian accent, broken english, windows virus. Hung Up.

Just got a call, rang twice and stopped before I can answer it. No message. Glad I check here.

Got call yesterday and today from same guy.   Wanted me to go to icons on my computer and he'd help me cure a problem with my computer.   I have no problem with computer.   Told him to get my number off his call list.   Caller ID said MGL BPO

I just got a call from the same number. A guy with horrible indian accent, telling me that i need to verify my email account and that he is calling from iCard Mobile. I couldnt understand anything else. But i google +213 code and it is a phone code for Algeria :S

Got the same call.  Same number, same scam.  I asked a lot of questions, no creditable answers.  Got thru it without giving them any info.....but worry about the elderly who try hard to do the computer "stuff" and get taken by these vultures.

rcvd call from  mgl bpo  213-333-3206  my phone has caller id,  they said they were from microsoft and want me to go through some steps.  i said i dont have a contract with microsoft and if something was wrong with my computer im sure microsoft would not call out of the blue for free.  i thought if i have a virus and now getting this call whatever she wants me to do will activate, when i questioned why she was calling and she could not give an answer  I hung up,  mgl bpo is not microsoft they are selling something or a group of hackers

They are trying to tell you that Microsoft gave them your number and you have a computer sending them error messages. Have fun with them. Ask them for your IP address. They will tell you they are in the technical department and they don't have it. Ask them what OS you have... Keep them talking. Waste their time. They have very heavy Indian accents.

They will eventually swear at you and hang up so if bad language others you, hang up first... Lol

This caller is still at it.  Hang up and don't give ANY info.

Received a call at 0100 this morning,from these folks,no one on the line,but you could hear clicking.

Got the exact same call - Indian accent, knew my name, wanted to "help" me understand the problems I'm (not!) having with Windows.  I asked him where he was calling from, he claimed New York City, and it sounded like a genuine boiler room in the background.  Just spammers - and yes, probably planting a virus and then getting you to pay them to remove it.  Guy has some chutzpah but it sounds like he's had LOTS of practice scamming people.

caller said there is a medicare update for life insurance and would send a package and representive would be the area June 11,2012

Got the same Microsoft IT support call.. twice this week now..!! They just don't quit.

I got a call from a guy with a heavy accent at this number who knew my name.  He said he was from the computer service department and he was calling about my Windows operating system.  I asked who he was and he hung up.

My caller ID indicated this number was at MGL BPO.

I have no idea what he wanted.

I receive calls from this number all of the time.  Last night it was 1:00 am - woke me up.

What can I do to stop the calls?
