Depuis plusieurs semaines je reçois ces appels, j'ai déjà demandé de m'enlever de leur liste, visiblement ils n'ont pas compris.

...''concerning my account'', je n'ai pas de account! c'est ce que je leur ai dis, ils m'ont raccroché au nez.

I have asked to be removed from theirs several times. Each time, they simply hang up.
They call from several aliases...
This time I got them to tell me that it was "MCS Program Services", just as they hung up again...

I have got their call last year, they are very  helpful, they not only helped me save money on interest and finance charges but also they are getting me out of debt faster than what i could have done on my own

I just received a call from this number around 7:44 PM. My mom picked it up and I was curious so I googled the number. I didn't actually hear anything and my mom hung up a couple seconds after picking up.

They call in Sherbrooke to!!! What can we do for that?!?!

To bob:  Not sure if they helped you or not, but check your CreditCards for the amount they charged you to 'lower' your rate & reduce your debt.  Was it $250 USD or was it $895 USD?


This company has been harassing me on all my phone numbers.  They normally work through a 000-000-0000 spoofed telephone number (which from my understanding, is no longer allowed in Canada - they need to show their number!)  Today the stupid automated robot calls - no company name, they never provide it.  So I call back their number and talk to Sam.  He didn't like my line of questioning so he hung up on me.  I called back to DEMAND they remove my numberS.  

Since I'm on the Canadian DO NOT CALL LIST, I have reported them.  I strongly suggest if you are canadian, that you do the same and recommend you assist your parents/grandparents in doing the same since they may fall for some similar scam.

They are neither a financial institution nor have 'connections' with the credit card companies.  If your creditcard company won't allow your spouse to get info on your credit, why would they be wheeling and dealing with some unknown [***] over the phone?  BEWARE of the info you give out - you have no idea where this information is being sold!


Finally, if you are in financial hardtimes, check with your credit card company, you may have been paying for insurance that will pay your monthly minimum or you can ask to change your card for a lower rate one.  DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY - not some two-bit smucks!

steps for harassing phone calls

1st

Fraud or harassment calls need to be reported to the local law enforcement agency immediately. Law enforcement needs details about the calls you received so they can investigate further.

2nd

Contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov and file a complaint online about the phone#, call, and give them details about the calls you received.

3rd

Contact your FBI Regional Office (look in the phone book or FBI.gov) and request an investigation into these calls.

4th

Place phone #'s on the National DO NOT CALL List at WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV (you can also file a complaint here) or call them directly at 1-888-382-1222.

Receiving phone calls from them regularly eventhough I asked to be removed from their list (by pressing 9 at some point). Now they don't event give you the opportunity to do so, only to press 1 to speak to a representative. How can this harassment be stopped ?

I received a v/mail to call back ( apparently final notice ). I spoke to CSR John Wilson, delay between my questions +/- 7 sec each time or more. Working for MCS cie, name of President Bob Villa.  When I asked who was his Manager his answered Ashley but has to ask a collegue for the last name : Ahsley James.  I did not like his answers. I told him that I would call back.

Il téléphone vraiment n'importe où. Je suis au québec et dans le 819 et il téléphone à toute les semaines. J'aimerias bien leur parler pour qu'il me ch.... la paix, mais je suis pas assez à l'aise avec l'anglais, donc, je subit leur acharnements.

Le 13 novembre 2008 à 12:31 du no 234.567.8900; le 9 octobre 2008 à 14:06, du no 213.416.2895; le 1 octobre 2008 à 11:38, du no 779.996.9996; le 25 août 2008 à 14:42 du no 177.424.7147; le 31 mai 2008 à 13h52,le no 000.000.000. je ne compte pas tous les autres nos (appels) que j'ai reçus et que j'ai effacé après avoir communiqué avec Bell Canada

This number has called me 4 times and not leaving me a message. They call then they hang up.. If they call me again I will hang up on them, and why are they calling me from Los Angeles when I live in Canada?

They just called did't answered... I am in QUebec City!! Next time I will answer and speak only French!! We'll see what it gives...

I just got a call from this #...i don't answer any # I don't know and I won't call it back, *F* that if it's a # from LA, then it willcost me $$$ to call and i am not goingto waste my time or money like that...I don't answer it and that is that i can put up with the phone ringing....

I have a message on my private voice mail at home every evening. God help me if I ever go away, none of my important messages will make it on once they fill up my service!!!
They are telling me it's my last chance to get my special rates on insurance of some kind I believe car.  You would think I'd remember her exact words but... so frustrating... you then have the option of either responding or pressing a number to be placed on a do not remind list... that I didn't fall for as you are still getting back to them!!!

Je viens de les appeler.  Ils répondent assez vite merci... Le représentant m'a fait son pitch de vente, mais au bout de quelques minutes, il a énoncé mon numéro de téléphone, et j'ai répondu en anglais, oui, mais svp retirez mon numéro de la liste d'appel.  Il a agréé poliment.  J'attends de voir.
Comment se fait-il que ces appels passent malgré mon inscription à "je ne veux pas recevoir d'appel"???!!!!
Si ça ne fonctionne pas, ces demandes, je pense qu'on devrait se mettre à engorger leur standard téléphonique en téléphonant tous au même moment, une activité coordonnée, un genre d'attaque non-violente....

It is apparently some automated credit company that promises you lower interest rates on you credit cards. When you connect to a caller they ask which credit card you are calling about. I think it's a scam to get your credit card info and use it against you. I asked to be taken off the call list and got no response from the person on the phone. They paused for a few minutes and hung up.
