Every Single Day Called for a person who has never worked here and every single day my manager or myself tell them never to call back.  I called this number today for we keep receiving this phone call on a daily basis and they said this person is calling from my location.  I have no idea who this person is but they relayed to me that if someone keeps calling from this location that there system will automatically put this number back on the call list.  This has been going on for weeks if not months and I can not get it to stop.

I have list of numbers that call me about 6 to 10 time day. #1-214-614-3300, 214-540-2035, 214-237-3516. This is harassment and they need to quit. Thank you

calls late a night, no one there, if I dont answer they do not leae a message

I am going to file a lawsuit for 'Harrassment' against Drive Financial & Santander Corp... I get 5 harassment calls a day and they even call me once or twice after 9 p.m. at night... They simply don't care and it is time for anyone who reads this blog to take this problem seriously and take appropriate action.
(Please see below and I will tell you what need to do)...
First, if you are late on a payment, they don't care as your telephone number is installed into a 'predictive dialing' computer and someone on the other end who doesn't give a damn just makes repeat calls all day long not caring who is on the other line... That is why these imbeciles don't say anything when you pick up the phone on several occasions...
It would be a professional manner for these companies to call you 'once' and than a followup call weekly... This is the professional way to handle late payments...
However, these deplorable people even if arrangements are made for a future payment will harrass you with several types of calls and messages, and even calls that no one is on the other end...
They do this because 'harrassment calls' pay and they have found it gets payments in quicker... The problem is that you and I don't do anything about it... Here is what you need to do right NOW !

Your first step is to log onto a website called the 'National Do Not Call Registry' - here is the site, copy and paste it in your web subject line: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
Register your name and number and file the complaint with notes... do this on every call that is harrassing... If you informed them NOT to call you again, as I have many times, than there is a detailed place to put your message...
Do this everyday if need be... Only takes one minute...
The government will respond to these guys I promise !

The second thing is to write a 'letter of complaint' to the Texas Attorney General, Mr. Greg Abbott

'I have stated my 'opinions' above about the charactor of these companies, and the lack of professional and ethical courtesies...
I am entitled by law to state my opinions...
There is a 'fine' line between bill collecting and 'harrassment'...

I believe that the state of Texas will soon fine the daylights out of these companies, or revoke their licenses... Heads will roll...
The federal government will fine them as well for violation of the federal law...

They keep calling and not telling me who they are or why they are calling.

Calls several times a day evey hour on the hour  leaves no message ....

This is Santandar, they have bought out HSBC Auto financial department.
They are extremely bad about calling work several times a day if you are even one day late on any kind of payment. Some of them are the rudest people you will ever speak with. I have given them my information on filing bankruptcy and they still continue to call and harrase the office staff who answer our phones.

This number: 214-237-3516 is from Drive Financial out of Texas.  Relative used me as a personal reference on their credit application.  the caller left a message with a call back number, 888-222-4447. Very congenial person on the phone.  Did not harrass as others have stated.  Called them back at the 888 number and told them I do not have any contact whatsoever with  ex-relative and they said they would remove my number from their computers. They may or may not remove my number but I notified them that I wish to no longer be called and Caroline with Drive Financial said she would have my number tagged for removal in their computer.  The only reason they were calling me is to try to recover money or the vehicle for an ex-relative that has gotten behind on payments. I guess I now know that this people are not paying their bills.

Please get these SOBs to stop calling, they should do their dilegence to confirm and make sure that theu have th right phone number. my phone number is published so that should tell these [***] that that person they are looking for doesnt have the same name and last name. I AM SICK OF THESE COLLECTORS!

Have no idea why they are calling they aren't even calling for a person that my number is for.

I just got a call from this number. Wonder if they are affiliated with Santander/Citifinancial. I sent out a cease letter last week. They obviously didn't receive it yet or are ignoring it. I'm going with the ignoring it. Guess it's time to go to the next step.

they call at least 5-10 times a day. Even after i tell them someone from this company called already. They don't listen they decide to call again.

When I got a call from this number, no one answered. I called the number back and it is car finance company called Santander. They told me that I was pass due on my payment for my car and that they would be repoing my car if I did not make up the payments. Funny thing is, both of my car I have paid off and do not owe anything on them and have been that way for over a year. I told the person on the line that they must have the wrong person and she insisted that she did not. I went on to tell her that if either of my cars go missing, I will report them to the police GTA.

We receive 2 to 3 hang up calls from this number everyday.
