Sounds like you work for the company Lockhart Morris and Montgomery. They have poor customer service skills and probably would get a whole lot more money and debt collected if they knew how to talk to people. Stop acting like everybody is the same. Most times when somebody applies for a loan and payment plan is set up they can afford it, most people don't go into the situation saying My plan is to get over on this company. Communication is Key and they lack people skills. I called them to set up a payment plan and they told me that what i was asking to pay was unrealistic and they wanted me to pay $700 a month.. Realistically who can afford to add $700.00 a month on top of there monthly bills? I am going to go out here on an assumption and say that not even you would be able to add $700.00 extra a month for several months   to your monthly bills of rent/mortgage, utilities,car, food, kids....

This is a fraudulent company made up company, because they use real company names, only it changes every time, they have real info on certain people and try to get a hold of more personal information. Do not acknowledge them. Clock them and they will move on from you. If they would be real, they would contact you directly thru different means just like anyone that you owe a bill to. DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE that they got the right name or number. They are fake.

Called asking for family member. "Time sensitive Matter" "Want to hear their side" "No I am NOT a collection agency" "You were contact # given when an application was filled out" "you are a reference" "Victoria" "They are named in a claim, I must speak with them today" Lied and lied to get info from me. I told her I recorded it and I'm reporting her. He is a nurse and they threatened his license.

Want them to tell me there name and why they are call me for. And to know what account  matter

You're transparent. The point here is that the people making the phone calls are operating in an illegal manner.

How do I file a ftc complaint

I have tried to set up a payment arrangement with them thank you they dont want you do set up what you can afford. Some people are out of work due to medical reasons,but you wouldn't know that. I am a truck driver that has tried to pay them and they won't except 25 a week, which if you must know is 100 a month. I am supporting two disabled people which is hard work in its self, again you wouldn't know that. I am trying to get back on my feet and no I am not the best speller because I had my first child at 18 and had to drop out of school to take care of him because his mother wouldnt again you would have no clue. Until you have walked in my shoes or anyone's dont jump to wrongfully accusing them. Y are you on this page anyway if you dont have problems with this number calling you??????

This number calls my phone everyday looking for a person named Eric. They always refuse to tell me what this regarding unless I give my name. They are rude and hang up the phone on me when I insist on knowing what this regarding before giving out my information. A man told me when I call in that it is confidential when I ask and a woman who calls me tells me that I need to stop being scared and give her my name however she is the one calling me. She desperately keeps calling every day insisting on me giving her name but will bit provide any reason for calling or even the subject matter unless I admit that my name is Eric, which is very suspicious.

I recieved a call from this company just because my last name is windham they were fishing for someone named charles windham jr , whom I do not know and I am on the east coast not west, and not only did they call my land line they also called my cell phone , i will be contacting attornies of my own if this continues. Btw they did not identify themselves nor give me thier name .

Got a call from this phone number 214-522-6424. I didn't answer and no message was left. I am debt free, thanks to following the Dave Ramsey's baby steps. So reading all of these comments, why are they calling  me?

He stated he had something of important business on his desk he needed to discuss with me. I asked him what this important matter was about and he continued in a very nasty voice wanting to verify my address. I told him I would gladly address anything he would like as I told him my name and I would be hanging up if he couldn't tell me what this matter was about. He insisted on further questioning as to where I lived....I hung up. He hasn't called back and I came here to see what I could find here. I am very riled up over his tone and demeanor....still calming down. I feel he was not a problem solving individual.....came across as quite unprofessional.
