I finally answered after getting a few calls each day. It was a man calling from my local newspaper asking if I received some coupons or something. Thing is I canceled my newspaper delivery a couple weeks ago.

Call 800-650-7183..They will take you off the list (hopefully).  According to Floyd the supervisor the number that repeatedly calls is a computer number.  Whatever the reason, demand to have your number removed.  Let see if this works!

I was also getting these calls, Googled the number, and found this site.  I would answer the calls, but no one was ever there.  I called 1-800-650-7183 and told them about it, asked what the calls were for which they explained, and then I asked to be removed.  Since my request, I have not received any more calls.

I don't know why a lot of people here make such a big deal, talking about filing complaints, etc.  Just call and ask to be removed.  Somewhere along the lines you gave someone authorization to either provide and/or sell your number to another company.  

Relax.  It's just a phone call.

I got a call from this number too- they did not leave a message and when i try to call it back all i get is a busy tone---

What the hell, this number keeps calling me sometimes three times a day never responds and when I call back no one picks up or it is busy. I have AT&T and it is starting to bug me everytime I look down and this number comes up.

This number has been calling while I am abroad which is very annoying because calls are reaaaaaally expensive.

Answered call and the person laughed and hung up.  Called back and dial was busy.

Thanks on the info!! Spoke with someone about it and sounded legit that they were taking my number putting it on the donot call list. She agreed to the address and suite number provided. 1800 worked.

Call at various time in the day.  When we answer the phone, no one is there.  Called back and the phone just rang.  No one answered.  Must be a computer checking to see if we are home.

I just called 800-650-7183 and a fellow answered "Circulation III".  I said take me off your list, gave him my phone number and he said he would do it right away.

I got a call this morning, and the guy said his name is Mike.
And he ask about my address.  Than hang off the phone.
I try to call back the call ID number 214-956-0872, but no one answer the phone forever.

missed a call from this number. no voice mail left, so it couldn't have been anything important. even telemarketers usually leave a message.

Echoing all the same comments as above. Wish these guys could be stopped somehow, as the calls are always early in the morning.

This phone number is continuously calling our company.   Do not know who it is but am getting very tired of because this is a place of business.  Most of the time they do not say anything or just hang up.  I hang up when I see this number on the caller ID.

called me at 2:25 pm Pacific time on a Tuesday afternoon. No message. Called back, no answer. Perfect.

True, but it takes time and energy away from what I need to be doing and the solicitation calls just keep adding up. Perhaps the solicitors want to do my work for me while I spend my time removing my number from a list they should not have anyway.

I have been getting calls from this number. Once I did answer and there was a live person on the other end. I told them to remove my phone number or I would report them to the FCC. Well they called today. I googled FCC and easily filed a complaint.
Please report these to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that is our only way to stop this type of call.

It may "just be a phone call" to you but I am disabled and getting to the telephone often times is very painful and difficult. Because of my meds and inability to sleep the night through I often take naps. I could turn the phone off but if my children or grandchildren need to contact me in emergencies I need my phone to ring.
For many it is not "just a phone call" like those of us that are disabled, those who have babies or elderly to take care of, those with home businesses, etc.
