they called me too but i never pick up suspicious numbers I just save the phone # to my contact and set ring to silent and that is it, they can call now an call now I am not aware they call if they call cause I dont hear the ring

they have been calling all day every for a long time i dont answer anymore and today i for the first time called the number back and some man answered as if i had called him at home? so i said hello got no reply and hung up, googled the number and saw this...who do i contact to stop this???????

I don't answer these on my cell phone, but they leave voicemails for a Vladimir somebody I can't make out the last name. It says something like "If you are not this person, please ..." then proceed to leave a detailed message "by continuing to listen, you indicate that you are Vladimir whatever and this is an attempt to collect a debt". Obviously a voicemail doesn't hang up until the caller does, and continues to listen although they are calling the wrong number. This is probably illegal.  Sometimes a toll free number appears instead in the caller id but it is the same thing.

I suggest going to their website http://www.tate-kirlin.com/ and clicking on "contact us". Slam them with messages like "you are calling the wrong person. Keep it up and I will report you." You don't have to put in your contact info unless you want to and it will still go through.

This is a collection agency.  They have repeatedly called my cell phone (which I ignore) and leave prerecorded voicemails for Vladimir somebody, I can't make out the last name, with the trick "If you are not this person, please hang up" without ascertaining they are leaving a voicemail, and then "since you are continuing to listen, we assume you are Vladimir blahblahblah; we are a collection agency trying to collect a debt."  This is probably illegal.

Go to their website http://www.tate-kirlin.com/index.php and get their address (send them a nasty email if you want on the Contact Us tab, you don't need to put in any personal information for it to go through); then report them to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.  If they get enough complaints maybe something will be done.

i get the calls from same no but i dont pick. i think they got my cell no through AT&T

I just got my first call from them. I'm so excited about receiving calls from them They sound like a lot of fun!.... I'm removing my land line. Really I never ever use it. The day of land line phones have come to pass.

Simple. Put their number in your phone and set it to have no ring when they call. I think the most annoying part is hearing the phone ring.

We need to push the phone companies to add a feature to block numbers like we can emails.

They call everday.on 9-16-09 they left me a message saying i need to listen to this message alone.They said i owe debt. They are tring to conlect. When i called back they wonted my address i said u should know it .I do not owe no Debt to anyone. I tolded them to not to call here no more.

these people have been calling and hanging up on my teenage daughter, Dumasses people do change their phone number. she not even wrking let alone owe money. these people need to go away the vry pele that orkfor them probably owe money, they have nothing better to do.

I got my 1st call from T&K on Sunday Oct. 11 at 8:24 pm. What a great time to call...NOT!! Anyways I went through the stupid recording and they dont even ask for me by my first and last name they ask for me by my middle and last name...for real wtf?? So then as I go through the prompts towards the end I accidently hit 2 for no t hey had the wrong number after already hitting 1 for having the right number 3 times prior to that. So they gave me a number to call back and a file number after I accidently hit 2 for the wrong number so I ask myself why did they just give me a phone number and a file number if I just told them they have the wrong number. Anyways I call it directly back the number that showed up on caller ID since I didnt have pen and paper to write down the other number and file number that was given. Anyways after it rang forever some guy finally answered the phone who then gave me his name Ken Dickson which I can almost guarantee isnt his real name but anyways he was so rude. He wouldnt give me any information as to who his company was without me giving him my telephone number I was calling from. I asked him why I needed to give it to him. I just wanted to know if they got my account from Regent Management Solutions since I am currently suing them for harrassment and scare tactics among way more other things for trying to collect a debt illegally...anyways I finally gave him the number that they just got done calling since he wasnt going to give me any information and when he puts in the number he states to me that they have nothing on file for that number and that they must have the wrong number. I stated to him thats funny since this number litterally just called my house and asked for someone who lives here and he still stated the same thing to me so I then again asked for his name to make sure I had it correctly where he was still oh so rude and we then parted ways. So since they "Supposedly" have no file for my home number which is my parents number not mine I should be getting no more calls from them yet I have gotten calls on October 13, 19, and 21st....hmmmm weird if you ask me...they seem pretty fishy and I wouldnt give them a dime of my money if I had money to give. Just an FYI....I have learned that although you have a debt and a company turns you into a collection agency you can still go straight to where your debt is and pay them directly!!! Its a lot safer and you dont have to pay collection fees either! So will see how far T&K wanna dig themselves cuz I will just sue them also!

These idiot's keep calling me to. i tell them to stop calling and they just hang up, they won't stop calling.

lets all call them 2-6 times a day and also email them and fill there email box with complaints and see if they like it.
lets waste there time like they do us.
When you call them ask them for some one you know that owes you money and tell them you want them to pay the debt. If its legal for them to do it, I would think it would be legal for us to do it.I know some one that owes me $20.00 I'll see if they are at Tate & Kirlin Associates Inc so I can collect my money.
The information im getting on the net is, this same company calls from muiltible numbers and area codes.
I don't know what else to do.
They need to stop calling.

same thing then they leave a shady message ? how can they do this they dont even verify the number then the say its from a debt collector,

I hope you catch these"low lifes". These calls are coming in on my fax and have messed up our business faxes.  I have no debts, but did dispute a bill with Verizon this summer. When they took over Cellular One they thought there was a carry over balance from my Cellular One that they thought they should collect.  I think Verizon is responsible for these calls. They need to be investigated.
Please let's get these people off our backs.

No matter how many times you call Tate & Kirlin, I have caller ID and I can see you calling. So I don't answer.. Isn't caller ID great.

When I answered they were looking for a Steven Cokal (sp?).  That's not me!!!!
