They keep calling my cell and claim to be a collection agency, yet they don't even have my name right. Also I have only one loan out which has ALWAYS been paid on time. After some research here's some things I found out.

These guys will not quit but I have spoke to them...they will talk reasonably

This is a collection agency using auto-dial to find out what time there is somebody home to answer the phone. If you answer the phone and stay on the line as the recording asks, the next available *sshole will be along shortly to harass you. If you hang up now, they will continue calling you at this same time because their computer shows that the likelihood that someone is there to answer is high.If you DON'T answer the phone when this number comes up on your caller ID, their auto-dial will rotate your number to a different time slot and try their luck again later.

I have received these calls from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on my fax line, which answers automatically. I hope the screeching on the phone line discombobbulates their auto-dialer someday and it EXPLODES!!!

This number calls every 30 minutes sometimes. They have even called on Sunday mornings!

They just tried yesterday.  No messages.  They tried 3x in the afternoon.

This is not a sales call or solicitation but we have an urgent call for Sherry Moore, I just hung up on them once the recorded voice of a woman  started talking.

These idiots call often and ask for me by name but will not discuss subject but did mention he had some papers on his desk but the only name mentioned was my first which if I don't know you I'm not me. Better luck later because I know who I owe and they know that I will contact them for all issues and not them contacting me unless it is in writing!!

They start calling me at 8 am. Mon. thru Sunday, not just this number but a couple of different ones, I don't answer but it does leave a half message saying if you are not so and so to hold on the line, man it is annoying at times. But I have actually called the number by hitting redial after they hang up and lay the phone down and walk away just so they get a feeling of how it is when someone calls over and over and over

this people have been calling me several times, nasty.

My caller ID comes up Tate with a number. Yesterday I got a phone call from a TK asking for my ex-boyfriend. He hasn't lived at this address in 10 yrs. I picked up the phone and pushed the correct buttons to tell them that they have the wrong number and the autamated phone said "we're sorry" and hung up. Later that night they called again. Stupid [***]!

I feel bad for everyone in here has these [***] debt collector bother you. I received call from this [***] too 8:00 AM...Hello..if you are Mr....please stay on the line...you know what I don't know who these people, what kind business but any number 800,900,877, 215, don't bring you peace...so what I do so help people out:

If you have Qwest landline...order their * call rejection *...you can block 15 call..your phone never ring when these [***] call you...

If you have wireless..request your carrier block it.

I am use VoiceIP...so I order TeleZap...setup to advance...these tools will delete your name out from their list if they are use robot call (it worked since I got these baby in my home so quite)...and for these [***] call only ha? what? where his number ???? who deleted it????

I am still not done yet..I order caller ID rejection ($70.00)... you could block any numbers you want into rejection list...all you you do roll down the number and move to list R (rejection). how it work...when these [***] call to you home...only you will see caller ID red light flashing...that it....your phone...don't pick up any ring...

When I have these two babie only the phone ring from my relative...

Trust me...I have deal with these [***] ,,I even file complaint with WWW.FTC.GOV for repeatedly call but guess what I got the letter...after we are investigation the company did not violated any law...what the [***]...

These people called me too! I didnt answer so I googled it once they caleld the 2nd time. Luckily I have the G1 so once they call once, I can select an option to have all of there calls forwarded to voicemail! I love the G1 just for that one feature..its like Blacklisting people without them even knowing it. I can still see that they called but I am not notified.

How do you block a number on your cell phone? I get the calls too! Thanks for the help.

I checked out their website & they misspelled "Assocaite" in the first line of text on their main page.  Also, when you go to the "About" tab, all it says is "Test" and a picture.  Losers!

They call me and do not say anything and do not leave a message.. How dumb. If you call me and do not talk then how do I know who you are and what you want............

this number keeps coming up on my phone no idea who a tate is but could care less... they do not respond when you pick up,,congradulations to the moronic individual to thought of that trick,, you must be a very boring unproductive piece of crud found on the bottom of pond scum.....

The caller ID reads, "Tate".   I screen all my phone calls and they don't leave a message. If I could block incoming calls I'd block this number. Jerks.
