It is not a legitimate bill collector.  It repeatedly calls my cellphone based in Toronto Canada

Somebody needs to shut this company down and sue the crap out of them. I get at least 3 calls a day starting at 8 am. on weekdays and weekends. I finally blocked this number, but am sure they will just call from another one of their bots.

call is from Tate & Kirlin they are trying to get money on 2 med.  bill I have alredy paid off, talked to someone from thir office told my I owe $700 + I ran a crt. chk. all the med. bill I HAD ARE PAID OFF AS OF 7/11 TO A REAL DEBT COLLECTOR CO., SORRY YOU NOT GETTING ANY MONEY FROM ME.

REPORT IT TO THE F.T.C. AND F.B.I. AFTER YOU CHK. UR CRT. REPORT IF IT DOSE NOT SHOW, THEN THEY ARE SCAMERS.

These [***] call many times a day, then stop for a few months and it starts up again.  I blocked them, then they called from 215-554-6481.  They say nothing, noisy in the background so obviously a call centre full of debt collecting [***].  I have no business with them, never have.  I finally got them to say something and they were rude to me, all they asked for is "is Paula there", then nothing.  I told them to stop calling or I would report them.  Todate, they still call.

I'd like to see a copy of a "contract" I signed with them since I have no business or commerce with this firm.

Although we are from Philly, we have lived in Tx for 6 years, and this company is calling a cell phone number that we have only had for one year.  As far as we know, we don't owe money to anyone in Philly anyway.

After reading the post above, I called the first number but no ext and the guy I spoke with would take my number out of the system but am not going to hold my breath.



As others mentioned , calls from 215-554-6481 come from TATE & KIRLIN ASSOCIATES.  Their address is 2810 SOUTHAMPTON ROAD, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19154.  Their phone number is 800-355-0333  and 800-298-3600.  Their email address is INFO@TATE-KIRLIN.COM and TKAINFO@TATEANDKIRLIN.BIZ, website is https://tatekirlin.123fastpay.com and TATE-KIRLIN.BIZ.

I have no debts with them, they repeatedly used a robot to call me, asking for a person who doesn't use this number and who does not and never has lived at my address. I asked them to stop and they continued, so I filed complaints with FTC ( https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ ) and my state attorney general.  Will also file a complaint with the Pennsylvania attorney general here at http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/complaints.aspx?id=403 .

This number calls my cell phone morning, noon and night.  I've tried to call back and get nothing.

Not sure what this is I have received texts from them  wishing me a Happy Valentines day & such.  Calls about the same time very day.

CALLER ID SAYS TATE & KIRLIN, WHICH COMES UP ON WEB AS A COLLECTIONS CO WORKING WITH JC PENNEY.  THEY ARE CALLING HERE, A BUSINESS NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES AND JUST HANGING UP.  PERHAPS THEY ARE ON AUTO DIAL AND THIS NUMBER MAY BE A DO NOT CALL NUMBER.  THEY ARE WASTING OUR PRODUCTIVE TIME AT WORK AND THIS IS NOT EVEN A CALL FOR AN INDIVIDUAL HERE.

Kept calling their number and they finally answered. Gave them my phone and asked who they wanted. Someone i had never heard of. Hopefully they won't call back. Blow their phone up like they do yours.

I began getting calls from Tate and Kirlin demanding information about a family member. I told the caller that I didn't have the phone number or address of the family member. The caller then went off on me! The man was extremely rude and even threatening-sounding. Regardless of my answer, the calls continue.
I am elderly and quite handicapped. The phone quits ringing just before the answer service comes on, causing me to have to get up and make it to the phone for nothing. I am worn out physically after a few of these trips to the phone.
Tate & Kirlin calls several times a day and it is becoming even more frequent. But, I know exactly how to stop this kind of arrogance!

Have you folks ever heard of a Cease and Desist letter??? Google it. Copy it and fill it in, then send it to Tate & Kirlin

Incidentally, those who write the blogs all in support of Tate & Kirlin, making cheap shots, heartless remarks, and ignorant remarks about "deadbeats," etc., are written by people paid to do so. Notice how they take on the complainants' demeanor, grammar and spelling. They are passing themselves off as just "one of us."  Send the cease and desist letter and show them that they are ignorant of the law!

Called my cell, didn't leave a msg. I don't owe anyone money, so I'm just being spammed. Added to my phone's SPAM entry, complete with silent ringtone.

This is a collection agency, and apparently they try to double-dip on debts that have been already paid or have exceeded the statute of limitations.  Superbob has the right idea.

Called, left no message. We also received a call from them from 2155546482 about a week ago according to the caller id. Here is says they are a collections company but we don't owe for anything. I saw elsewhere the number was being spoofed for scammers and we get calls similar to what those mention all the time so who knows what's up with these goofballs.

Many phone calls to me and won't say anything when I answer the phone.  I've been completely out of debt for the last 24 years.  I don't have a clue why they would be calling me.  The least they could do when I answer is say something instead of just haning up on me.  I consider this harassment and would like to report them to the authorities.
