This is a very rude collection agency, calls last night at 12:25pm. I called another number to see what the company is,goes in circles to let you know whow they are. Called back a forwarding number to ask why you are calling.  Claims it should be put on a do not call list, and the problems should stop within 24 hours. Well got another call at 8:25am this incident should not even been calling any "Do Not Call" list. And now they are calling my cell phone. What's next?

The number 215-554-6481 is from Tate & Kirlin, a so called Attoney. They also use the number 215-544-6482, which is the number they called me from. Do you know it's against the law for a debt collection agency to pose as a Attorney and you can file a complaint and receive money for that.

Just a FYI, it's againt the law for debt collectors to call that much, be rude, or pose as an Attorney. I know this because 2 years ago I was getting phone calls all day from the same collection agency and I was told of a web sit that you could go to, who were Attoney's, stateing you could sue these company's. I thought it was a scam at first. I found the site and filled in the required information. They did not ask for money or other personal information, just the basic's. I would say within a couple of days I received a call from one of the online Attorney's. Talked to them for a while, they sent me papers to fill out. The collection agency made a deal with them and the Attorney called me with the information and asked if I wanted to take the offer...... I took the offer at no cost to me. I received a few hundred dollars, the negitive debt on my credit wipped offf my record, no longer owed the debt, and the collection agency had to pay my Attorney. I would not of believed it, but I did when I recieved the money and the check cleared.P.S.... take note of the different numbers they use and how many times they call in a day. Right down the numbers (sometimes the same collection agency will use different numbers) and answer one of the calls and ask them for their name and tell them not to call you anymore. This will help you if you decide to sue them. If they will not tell you their name and continue to call you, you will have a stronger case. What I did was very easy and hardly any affert on my part.
