I keep receiving calls and voice messages from this number.  I called back for specific information.  Jim Webb (foreign accent) continued to claim to be with the US Treasury Dept. ID 10058.  When I threatened to turn him in for false claims and fraudulent behavior knowing that he was trying to elicit personal information from people, he said he would take me off his call list.  Not sure it will happen, but I'm just irritated by the continued attempts to call my office~~@!!  AND, these XXXholes need to be stopped.

Yes.  Same call.  From 215.734.0224   Heavy Indian accent.  Person answered phone with name and ID# (neither of which I can remember).    He asked for my name and I identified myself but they said that they were calling for my husband, whose name he already knew.  When I asked the caller for details of the issue, he told me he could not tell me anything.    I'm kicking myself for giving him my name.  Argh!!!!!  Now they have both our names.  

This guy called here at 11:25 said I would be picked up with a warrant for my arrest, called again at 11:45 same exact message, same guy both times (no names mentioned or what I would be arrested for same heavy foreign accent) THEN another guy called with the same story at 12:45.  BRING ON THE NON EXISTENT WARRANT!!!!!!  These people are just annoying.  Not our first round of calls from this scam.  These morons need to be shut down.

This is the second phone call I have received.  I picked up this time.  Foreign man.  Could barely understand him.  Said I needed to call this number 215-734-0224 The US Treasury Department and that there is a warrant out for my husbands arrest.  I asked why I wasn't getting a call directly from The Treasury or a letter he just restated that I needed t call.  I noticed after that the caller ID was the number I was suppose to call back!!  What can I do to help sto this scam?

We received a call at 2PM and another at 2:45 also from the "US Treasury" notifying us of a "federal offense" and advising us to call 215-734-0224 .  We were threatened with arrest by a man with a Middle Eastern accent as well.  We heeded other advice from this site and submitted reports to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration and to the FTC.  Barely submitted those when the second call came in.  Hope these jerks get shut down.

I too recieved the same call from Steve Modern......several days ago I recieved a similar call from the IRS.....it too was a scam!

Trying to extort money from people. First off, no legitimate institution or business will call u on the phone and threaten u with an arrest.

I keep receiving calls from "the Police Dept" or unknown numbers requesting donations, real pushy people.  Have reported this to Verizon but I was told "they are not policemen".  I want to get rid of these calls or at least who are these people.

I just received  a call from this number.  Heavy accent threatening that if I didn't return the call I would face criminal charges.  VERY threatening.  I hung up.  

Just had two phone messages from 215-734-0224.  The IRS never calls you.  They would send a certified letter with signature receipt required via the US post office with the information or issue enclosed.

Scam.Accented man saying he was from treasury and there was a warrant for arrest issued. Accent so stupidly thick, could barely make out the message. I can't believe how this goes on and why these people are not caught.

I received several phone messages from this phone # telling me if I don't comply with there request , there would be an warrant out for my arrest . They stated they were the US Dept. Of the Treasury. I asked too many ?'s and we were disconnected

Foreign accent with threats of federal offense  and jail. Gave a number to call but my husband couldn't get it.
Sounds like the same call as all others.  Check of no. suggests it is from the Philadelphia area.

Called a customer of mine the customer gave me the phone number so I called and asked them why they are threatening criminal charges and arrest and was hung up on. Then I called back and asked how many people worked in their call center and was told about 100, so I then asked why do you tell people they will face criminals charges and arrest and they said because they like to. I had to repeat that back to make sure I heard it right.
Then I called back a 3rd time and asked them what they are doing, and they asked for my name and I told them I was calling for a friend because they left him a message. Again he asked for my name and I would not give it to him and I asked what they are doing and he asked if I was a lawyer and I said maybe and that got him all upset and told me not to call back.
I think I will continue to call back and harass them just like they call and harass.

I received a message stating I should return the call because of an engagement action with the Treasury and to avoid going before the Magistrate Judge or to court for a Federal criminal offense, I must call 215-734-0224.  I wondered why the Treasury has not sent me correspondence in writing to inform me of such an offense; however, some guy with an Indian accept would contact me via telephone regarding the offense. I could not understand the name of the company he was calling from because of his accent; however, the call-back number was clear.

Hi guys. Got calls from 215 734 0224 twice in the same day. I guess Steve Martin is ONE CRAZY BUSY guy..... calling people all over to collect $$. He should go back on SNL on NBC.

Rec'd a recording from this number 2:30 p.m. man with Inidan or middle eastern accent said there was arrest warrant for me not showing in court for something or other.  Urged me to call the number so the matter could be settled.  Seems many others have been contacted by this crook too.

Same damn sand [***] called me and left messege.  

I had three messages today on my home phone from Steve Martin at 215-734-0224.  I found an article on line from the Estes Park Police that they have been getting complaints about calls from this number and they had the script of my three identical messages word for word.  I guess I won't be calling this number back to find out what it's about.

Multiple calls from this number over the past few day, but no message until today.  Two voice mails left within an hour of one another.  "This is Steve Maden calling about a US treasury action.  Do not ignore this notice.  This is a federal criminal offense.  I strongly suggest you cooperate. Call me back at 215-734-0224."

Major scam.  I will not call them back and will report to everyone I can think of.
