    I have received repeated calls from this number threatening me with "prosecution by a magistrate or grand jury" sometimes, or telling me that "serious legal action" has been filed against me. Each time the caller sounds like the same man-thick foreign accent-the latest was "Michael Chan". He claims to be from "The Department of Legal Affairs".

    Rcd voicemail msg from 215.734.0224. Did not say. "Who he was calling". Said this is 2nd call re: an action initiated by US Treasury. Person gave name but could not understand as was foreign accent. Said if I did not return this 2nd call he would interpret as my decision not to cooperate. Said if I did not respond I could face a magistrate judge or grand jury on the charges initiated by Treasury Dept for a federal criminal offense.
