I received a voicemail on my cellphone from this company stating that I had 4 hours to respond or a restraining order would be filed.  It also threatened to call my place of work and have me garnished.  First of all, this is not how you collect a debt.  You would have to file in the local county where I obtained the loan in the first place which means they would have to have a judgment against me in order to file garnishment papers.  They are just trying to get money fast and unfortunately way too many people fall for this.

same thing has been happening to me. i heard we should report them to the attorney general. i also had a number that called doing the same thing to me saying i would be arrested. 5102271819

I just got this message.  What a bunch of pathetic [***]. Of course it was slightly disturbing to hear the words restraining order. But the message just made no sense.  Who transitions from restraining order to verify employment? Ridiculous scare tactics

I received a call on both my cell and work number stating the same as below.  4 hours to respond, attorney has 24 hours to respond and that a restraining order has been filed.  What the heck?

I just received this call on my direct job extension and said the same thing. its very annoying.

Have been receiving these same calls for the past 2 weeks,it either comes up unknown or private.Well I have been trying to call them back and the message mailbox has always been full.I called back this morning they had left a message saying I had 4 hours to return their call and a restarining order was put against me.They threaten to call employer.Well a woman came on finally and said I owe $300 for a payday loan with a company I had never heard of.Then she said I defaulted in Feb 2012 well I remember who I do business with and I took 1 out in April 2012 and 1 in August and paid them off as soon as I could.She said this company PaydayLoansAndMore was the third party collection agency and couldn't even give me the original lender.She said it will be itemized on my court documents who the original lender is.Do people really think I am dumb enough to pay you when you can't even tell me who the original lender is?They are full of crock and are harrassing people obviously day in and out trying to scam people.I told her look lady I'm not trying to give you a hard time but I need that info for my records otherwise these people will get you the next time with a whole different crock story.So needless to say they aren't getting a penny from me so guess I'll be seeing them in court.

Msg left has been the same as the previous reports that I read.

"That I have a class action lawsuit against me with a restraining order and that either I or my representing lawyer needs to contact within 4 hrs"

Who and what are you calling about? You called my boss and left a message with him at my job and we have no idea why you would harass my boss instead of calling me directly. 612-226-0374 if this is a matter that we need to take care of.

I got the same message on my cell phone look up the number and it's in Ohio and I live in Indiana don't know any one in Ohio

These folks have called me numerous of times and each time they call it is a different number. They threaten you over and over. They call my cell phone and it has been going on for the last year. They threaten to call your Employer and they threaten that you have 4 hours sometimes or 48 hours other times. They claim you owe a Payday loan. Do not be scared by these guys they come up as Restricted. If it is Restricted I do not answer it. It is always some foreign perosn on the phone. Make sure if you do not know the numbe rdo not answer as I said before they call under different numbers.

I received a call this morning approximately 10:00 a.m. and they left a voice message stating I had 4 hours to return this call as I was a respondent on a restraining order against me if I did not respond they would contact my employer, or I may have to appear in court.

If this was real and truthful they should of left a company name and who was filing the complaint.  I do not appreciate calls like this it could upset someone especially the elderly and cause a lot of damage.

I received a call from this # today, August 21st, 2013.  I do not understand why, in this day of technology, these idiots cannot be found and prosecuted!!!!!!!   It's pathetic!!!!

I recieved this number this mornign on my cell phone. I didn't answer but amessage was left for me. It said I have a complaint against me and I have 4 hours to respond.  The caller said I have a complaint filed against me and I need to have my attorney call him back because a restraining order has been filed in my name. I do not know of anyone who would file a restraining order against me becaue I have done nothing wrong

Obviously these people have nothing better to do. I got a call from them yesterday but from a different phone number. They said I have 4 hours to call back and my attorney has 24 hours. When I called the number yesterday it said that the mailbox was full but to press 5 to leave a callback number. If they want to speak to me that bad than a live person should be calling not an automated message.

They call and it shows up as a restricted number...the number you call back 216-217-5984 is a cell phone and a pager system.  This is a scam.  They try to bully people and scare them by telling you that you have 4 hours.  Make a formal complaint. I want them to call me back.  The number of my attorney I will give them will be for the BBB and the attorney general office in our state.  They need to start busting these people

I received a call that I needed to respond to a restraining order within 4 hours. My attorney had 24 hours to respond and provide my employer information.

I just received a voicemail also saying I have 4 hours to respond to a restraining order and verification of my employer. I work for the court system here in Arizona. under no circumstances does a litigation company call and tell you the bull crap these people are saying. If someone is filing a restraining order, you will be served by a server or by mail. Please do not be frightened by their scare tactics. Be calm, get as much information as you can especially their contact information then call the Attorney General and threaten them you will be reporting to your local law enforcement for investigation. I have received numerous calls from different agencies all stating the same type of scare tactic for money. When you turn the table and threaten them, the calls miraculously stop all together.

I received a call from which advised me that I would have a restraining order against me and that I had 24 hours to respond to the number (216) 644-1249. This number would was not answered, and the outgoing announcement said there was no provision for voicemail, only that my phone number would be recorded for a call back. The threat was made that if not addressed in 24 hours, my employer would be contacted.
