I received a message at work!! This has happened to me before!! Do not reply to them and call the attorney general as soon as you can. This bunch even went so far as to tell me they had the local law enforcement " in their back pocket".  DO NOT ANSWER THEM!!! You will never get rid of them!

I have been receiving the same message. I have no idea whati this is about

I just don't know in this world why are there people like these want to threaten for no reason. They are a bunch  of crop nothing to do in their life. Disturbing people,, why don't they just work if they want money. Just sitting on their ash and want to make money.. this world now are bunch of lazy ash people, specially those people from india doesn't even know how to speak good English and there calling people here from us.

I've been receiving calls from 216-217-5984, 3 times last week on my cell, and once this morning on my direct work number.  I have no idea how they got the number.  Same thing as above, robo call saying that I am a respondent, that I have 24 hours to call them, and a restraining order being issued.  Caller ID shows the call coming from Salt Lake City, Utah.  Since I live in Hawaii and don't know anyone in Utah, this is strange.  I'll be reporting to the FTC and attorney general.

I just received a blocked call from this company and they left me a voicemail stating that I had 4 hours to call this number to respond, or a restraining order would be filed against me.  It also threatened to call my work place to verify emplyment to have me garnished.  First of all, this is not how you collect a debt.  You would have to file in the local county where, supposedly, I obtained the loan, which I didn't cause I haven't received any loan from anybody and, if that would have been the case, they would have to have a judgment against me in order to file garnishment papers.  Also, I received another blocked call yesterday, with the same threat and saying that I had 24 hrs to solve this matter and that I needed to call another number, which I also reported it. They are just trying to get money fast, and unfortunately, many people falls for it.

I keep getting these same calls.  It is so annoying.  Something has to be done about this.

got a call from company named LRS Litigations claims that they have a restraining order against me and that I have 4 hours to call back or they will contact my employer there just scams

I have been getting calls for months from this number demanding money from someone who I don't know. I knew it was a scam from the start but the frequent calls, sometimes more than one a day are extremely annoying to my wife who is home during the day.

The same number 216-217-5984 is calling my phone and work number.saying the same exact thing as it is saying to everyone else. I have called numerous people about this number. People like this need to leave people alone and get a life of their own.

i just got a call from them saying that i had 4 hrs to respond. the  same thing as all the other complaints.when you try to call the number back, you get a message t hat says the mail box for that number is full. so how can i reply if they wont even take the call. they say they will call my employer to verify where i work.

I too keep getting calls and voice mails from this number.  They say me or my attorney have 4 hours to contact them or they will contact my work, which they did.  Say I have I have charges pending and something about a restraining order.  This is getting so old and getting to me.

The people called my home phone this morning saying they have a restraining against my son and he needs to respond within 4 hours or be arrested.  I looked the number and found just like others have that this number is in Cleveland Ohio.  I know it's a scam. This is the first time they have called me, in Louisiana.  No company name given.

stop making harassment calls and find out who are you really trying to contact. It seems the people like to leave message and then you have to have the right number.

No one ever answers.  I got the same, and each time it is a voice mail with no option to leave a message, only a call back number.

I received this number this morning on my cell phone. I didn't answer as the caller ID came up as 000-000-0000, but a message was left for me. It said I have a complaint against me and I have 4 hours to respond.  The caller said I have a complaint filed against me and I need to have my attorney call him back because a restraining order has been filed in my name. I do not know of anyone who would file a restraining order against me because I have done nothing wrong. They also said my employer may be called to verify employment. Good luck! I'm unemployed!

Received a received a voice mail on my home phone  from this company stating that I had 4 hours to respond or a restraining order would be filed.  It also threatened to call my place of work to verify my employment and to have my attorney call them within 24 hours. They have called my place of work but I do not answer the phone and they have not left a message there.  I do not know who this company is or what they are calling for.  I know collectors are not to leave these types of voice mails on your phone.  They did not say this is a debt collector and anything gathered will be used to collect a debt or anything like that.  I still have the message on my phone.

I have been receiving these same calls, but do not know how to get them to stop, It is starting to get very annoying. is there something the law can do

I received the same message as the above people.  Mostly, it is annoying and obviously a scam, which I know because there is no one in my life that would file a restraining order against me.  I wish there was something that could be done to stop these people from these harassing phone calls.
