Very irritating.

2162602000 has called twice in the last 24 hours

Someone called my cell, wouldn't give name or return call info.  I called the number back and it was for FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT.  I don't know who they are or why they called.  I do not have an account with them.

They are a medical collection agency in Beachwood, OH.  That's all I know about them.

called me yesterday... no idea what its about.

Got a call from these clowns couldn't they bill insurance ??

got several missed calls from this number in one day....when i called them back they said i owed on a previous medical bill.  I'm sure the bill is valid and I just haven't paid it yet.  I repeatedly asked for some type of correspondence from them that included the reporting company, amount I owe and an address where payment can be sent.  The woman that called was incredibly rude the entire time on the phone and seemed put off by my request for proof of debt.  She said they sent me letters and I told her they were never received.  She told me I was lying and said that I could be sure the next letter I get from them would be from their legal department.  She was unprofessional the entire time on the phone and ended the call by screaming at me and hanging up.

The collection agency continues to call me stating that they need to talk to someone in my household. I do not know who that someone is and neither did they . I told them I am on DNC list and requested they take my number off their calling list.  In the past month I have received over a dozen calls from them with rude and nasty people always calling during lunch or dinner. I have complained to several people and have gotten no results....

I want them to stop harrassing me I know I owe money for a medical bill when I am able to pay I will times are hard for me right now  barely making it now.

They are a medical bill collections agency.  If you owe them money the best way to get them to stop calling them is to pay...something!  My daughter has racked up over $500K in charges and the hospital has incorrectly billed our insurances for over half of it...so we don't really know what we owe.  These guys have been very understanding of the situation...but you have to talk to them!

These are medical debt collectors. They are very rude when you talk to them! Claim that they have sent me multiple letters an I haven't received one! They don't even know what they are talking about when you try to get information! I called back to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me!
