- EricaIdk who, but it is a debt collector, they called twice in a 2 hour span, the second time I answered because if your call me twice I think it's important. the lady starts talking and keeps talking, but i was at work, and don't have time to take care of one of my many debts. so I told her I'm sorry but I'm at work, and then tried to say can you call me at a later time, no the [***] gets loud and with an attitude say, then why'd you pick up? so I said well you called twice so I had to check to make sure nothing was wrong, and she starts raising her voice and says I DID NOT CALL YOU TWICE! and i said, no I'm pretty sure you called twice, and then shes arguing with me, I'm like whatever, and then she said well if I was your friend you'd keep talking, and I was like NO! And hung up. If any of my friends or even parents called me I wouldn't answer unless they called twice or text me that it's important. This lady doesn't know me! I wasn't going to be talked to like that, specially by someone trying to take my money. Should I call and complain?

- NatalieCalled me a month ago and then again today. I don't answer unknown numbers and they didn't leave a voicemail. I got nervous I had an outstanding medical bill I didn't realize wasn't paid so I called them back. Representative looked up the number they called me at and said who they were looking for. Was someone I've never heard of and she said "ok" very politely when I told her that. We'll see if they call back.

- OhioladyThis number calls me about once a month. Once when I accidentally answered I got threats and rude attitude. i know I have medical bills that I have not paid but I do what I can. This company does not make it easy on the customer and they have no empathy at all. I despise this company and all that they stand for. I was a patient at University Hospital in Cleveland and I really with they would another collection company.

- lyndaThey just called me 9x one right after another. I didn't recognize the phone number so I let it go to voice mail. They didn't leave a message. They called again, I sent it to voice mail. It looked like they left a message but all I heard was stupid bi@@@. This went on until the 9 th time and the number looked like it might be from a local hospitals so I thought maybe it was an emergency. I answered then got this rude lady who gave out way too much of my personal information including my social security number and she didn't even know if she was taking to the correct person. Who does that! !!! Just because the hospital double bills me and I'm behind doesn't give these people the right to give out my personal information. I see my doctor at the hospital every other week. I pay a high copay each time then just for sitting in a chair the hospital bills my insurance and my portion is $175 each time. This is life or death kind of appointments so it's important that I go. My doctor is upset at that as well. Well I can't keep up with that right now. If they stop moving my account around it would be easier to pay. I'm still and have been paying the hospital even after they sold my debt to this rude place that judges me and tells me I shouldn't incur debt I cannot pay. UGH

- NameCalled about medical bills. I already paid a bill, yet, the payment was not recorded. They were very nice and helped me resolve the error. If they had not called, I would have gone into collections for a bill that I paid over a year ago.Apparently at big hospitals, this happens a lot.
- DBSomeone named "Michelle" keeps calling my MOTHER asking for information about me. Saying i should know who she is, and that it's a business matter.
Very creepy. I know of no one named Michelle.- Caller: Doesn't say
- baI received several calls from this group. They always ask for me by my first name and sound very polite (like they are a friend). They are a debt collection company for unpaid medical expenses.
I explained to them that there were complications with my surgery and I am not back to work. They said my credit was being ruined by not paying this amount. I asked them to send me something in writing saying what this bill was for. I still have not gotten anything. I had 2 strokes during/after my surgery so I have a mountain of medical bills but ALL of these medical groups have to send repeated bills and repeated calls over and over. I had to start logging them in a note book because some were paid to the original service provider. Apparently the providers turned some over around the same time as they received the payment and "forgot" to notify the collections agency. To make matters worse, the collection agencies must sell accounts to other agencies because I started getting a bill from several agencies for the same charge. I love when they say how would you like to pay this? We can take payment over the phone. I owe over $60k in medical expenses. I cannot pay all at once and I am limited to how much per month I can pay via payments.- Caller: Collection company

- AMThey keep calling on my cell phone number when I do not appreciate at all since it is prepaid and for emergency calls only. I also get calls on my home phone from a different number which is also First Federal Credit for medical bill collection. I am assuming that the 216-380-2000 number is also the bill collector based on other responses here.

- MedicallyInDebtMedical bill collector; they call multiple times per day, leave a voicemail each time but never say anything. Last call today was a minute recording of someone chewing loudly into the phone. I have blocked their number so my phone sends them to voicemail without ever ringing.

- MeNotUMedical debt collector - by nature debt collectors are annoying, that is the first box that you have to check to get a job there. My thing is their company name. It sounds more like a bank then a room full of people calling you to disturb you.
