    They called my work cell phone. It was a recording saying I had won $3000 in travel vouchers from Bell. I had the same call last week from 204-977-8686.

    Just received the call at 2.58 MTN on 27July. I ended the call accidentally as I was reaching for the phone, but I called back from my skype phone just in case, and it said the number wasn't in service.

    I just got a call from this number today, July 27th, 2:17pm. I did not answer it as only family members know my number so I knew it was a stranger calling. It stopped ringing after the second ring.

    Not a number compiler but a scam.  The people that get hung up on simply had no machine announcement kick on.  Thanks for the great no call list Government of Canada!!
