Aparently this 'telemarketing' company has many numbers it can call from. To date I have blocked 5 numbers from them, ALL FROM DIFFERENT AREA CODES AND NUMBERS, BUT STILL THE SAME WOMAN WITH THE SAME ACCENT. And it is the same pitch about a Walmart gift card & they have the last 4 of my card. This started after I bought a Snuggies blanket online.

I have received three calls from this number during the past two days.  I have not answered and they have not left a message.  After reading the above reports I know I will not be answering in the future!

Received a call on my work cell from this.  No one there when I answered.

I received a call tonight from a woman with a heavy Indian accent wanting me to verify my Visa Account.I asked her to repeat herself several times for her accent was hard to understand. This call was received on my cell phone at 8:27pm. I asked her what company she was with and she told me Synergy. She once again asked me to verify my account info and I told her if she was'nt from my bank she was'nt going to get any information from me

yeah got a call from these [***].. saying some [***] that they wanted reward me for being a long time visa card holder... talk about [***]... I told them I don't need the "gift"... they said it would only cost me a dollar I said I don't need the gift and they started to reiterate that it was only a gift

got one saturaday evening and a call from the 616 number. when you call back no answer. strange and annnoying.

In regards to the guy taking about the "Buxton Bag."

I ordered something from one of those TV Infomercials with my moms credit card but with my name. And they always call me asking for her.

Has anyone else ordering something from an infomercial and then began receiving the phone calls?

I also get calls from 616-980-2178, 410-629-7045,213-407-0470 and the 231 number. All these numbers all do the same thing-hang up on me when i pick up or after i say hello. One time i had picked up and there was a woman with a heavy accent that had asked for me and then hang up! i called back and left a message saying DONT CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN! and guess what, they still do even sometimes with a different area code!!! its so fraustrating to get these calls 3-4x a day from 8am-8pm! It all started after i had placed an order for Bump Its online after seeing their commercial on t.v. But then i cancelled my order(no charge thank god) and thats when the random calls started. Pass the web address on and Go file your complaints and see if we can stop these annoying calls! Its not nice to be harassed especially if you have an unlisted number!

I bought from the infomercial from BumpIts and since them I have also been getting calls from 231-732-2640 and 616-980-2178 both with a female voice with the same accent. I am in the DoNotCall list and the numbers have been reported.

I got many calls from them too. They stated with the usual "We are calling about your credit card ending in **** I then interrupted her and told her "I have looked this number up and I know it is a scam. At the advice of my lawyer I need to tell you that this call is now being recorded. What was your name again?" I no sooner finished saying this than she said "Well you have a nice day sir" and hung up. I do not believe I will be hearing from them again.

I received a call twice yesterday, 06-01-09.  Once at 2:32 PM CST where i answered and was then disconnected.  Then, again last night,  at 6:50pm CST.  The call last night actually had someone reply after a few seconds of silence.  The lady asked if i was (My Name) and said she had some information about my Visa Card.  I then walked into another room to get a pencil and paper.  During her spiel, i interrupted her and asked, "Excuse me, could you tell me your name again?"  She hadn't quit talking about whatever she was reading when the phone line was disconnected in mid word/sentence.  That means someone, who knows the TCPA law of 1991, is listening in and they know they are in violation.  So, the phone was disconnected before i could write down any incriminating evidence.  If proven in court each violation could fetch me between $500 and $1,500.  Here's a link about it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_Consumer_Protection_Act_of_1991 
If you keep a log of these calls and tell them each time that they are to put you on their DNC (Do Not Call) list, you can build a case.  If enough of us do it, we can drive many of these sniveling, yellow bellied, snake oil selling, cowardly, scrotal weasels out of business.

I received the call.  They knew the last fourof my credit card.  They offered to give me gifts.  They said they were with Synergy.  I declined their offer and hung up.

Just now got a call from them. The caller with a foreign accent I can't understand, wants to discuss my credit card. He actually knows the last four numbers of the card and my full name  I have to ask him what company he is from and he says Cynergy. I tell him never heard of it.
When it becomes apparent to him by the tone of my voice that I'm not about to cooperate, he hangs up. Whoever they are, they know there are people like us who can see right thru them. They depend on those who don't. If they call a hundred people and one of them bites, it was well worth it to them. I'm just afraid it is a lot more than one in a hundred.

calls repeatedly everyday

This number has been calling me in 20 minute intervals for the past 3 hours. Once I googled the number and found this site I decided not to answer. To those of you who DID speak to someone, did they stop calling you once you answered? I just want them to GO AWAY!!

same thing... first time the lady called asked for info...and knew too much about my card info. something about sending me a 50 dollar gas gift card for being a long time user of my visa card... whatever... sounded wierd i didnt give any info that she didnt already have just verified it. then i after a while i hung up...but now i get a couple calls a day from michigan area codes.. i live in California. i finallly called both numbers back and got an automated machine press 1 to be included on the no call list.... lets see if it works!

my caller id listed this phone numer as "Synergy Mob Mkg".  I normally don't answer these type of calls, but when they ring your phone 3 in morning, your pretty much forced to answer it.

They call me every single day 3 times a day. When I finally answered they tried to sell me this free gas card B.S. They transferred me to their supervisor when I asked to be removed from their calling list. The supervisor was rude, abrasive, and hung up on me when I requested to be removed from the list. These people are rude and insensitive people.

These people called me 9 times yesterday 12/16/2009!!! Argh!!! Had to silence my cell to get some peace...Googled the number and found this site

foreign sounding telemarketer calls 3 7 Xs per night every night.  to our cel phone which was put on do not call list a year ago.  VERY annoying.
