But When I look at his mobile  number posted on Facebook I got curious and search the mobile/code +234 803 739 2867 In Google and find out it's a Nigerian code which is different from what she said she was in uk and suffering from a cancer. Her file name is Mrs. Catherine Paul in Facebook.

Yes.Same incident happend with me also.They only try to dupe money from us.Poor people.

They may be using a Google voice number which allows you to have a local number and you can use it overseas. I use Google voice since I travel a lot and go with a prepaid plan and that allows me to have a permanent number. Whatever you do, do not part with money. They are getting better....I got a check which looked real.

This person is claiming to be someone else and has also sent me pictures of who he claims to be.  States that he is in the military.

A "man" from this number contacted me off a dating app. Claimed to be in Chad for the military.

I post an item on Mudah. com. Got 3 replies through whatsapp from 3 different phone numbers.  But all starts with +234.....  They said from Singapore & interested with my item.  Ask for best price &  will ask currier to pick up the item.

BS. One of the poorest countries in the world that's over populated with scammers, is not giving away any kink of money... Your message here was either meant to be a joke or your a scammer to...

phoned late last night - didnt pick up; called again early morning; - picked up to hear unintelligable babbel at the other end - who hung up when i asked to whom i was speaking........ researched the net and confirmed my suspicions - a nigerian number not dissimilar to that reported by others of a total scam.........they are now continuing to call me and i am continuing to ignore.  hope this helps someone else.  i am in uk.
