I did a survey on walmart.com for the chance of winning a 1000 gift card  and i put my new cellphone number in the required home phone field. The next day i started receiving calls from this number 2394433940 and I never picked up because not even my family had my new number so i just ignored it and is been 5 days already and i keep receiving these calls 5 times a day luckily i didn't give them my house number  so Walmart has something to do with this nosense

I constantly get calls from this number about 3 per day on my cell. They never leave a message. I have no clue who this is.

One day when i was logging on to youtube and it said i could receive a free ipad or macbook if i completed a survey. i answered some questions and entered my cell number and ever since i have been receiving calls from this number.

best buy is not behind this. they do not give out personal information. this kind of [***] is not what they use customer information for

I have received numerous calls from this number.  (I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.)  They never leave a message, but just keep calling.  I just want it to STOP!!!!

They call me 9 times, no messages

A man called me from this # a few days ago. He said that I had done an online survey, and asked if I remembered which gift card I had selected to win (Best Buy, Target, etc). I asked what survey was this about, and he replied, "It was just one with a bunch of questions. My mistake, it must have been someone else." and then he hung up.

I filled out a partial survey on FACEBOOK that was sent by a friend. It was for a free iPad :)  Of course you have to give a phone number at the start of the survey.  The scary part is that my friend did NOT send me the survey request!!  It may be a virus on FACEBOOK.

Phone has been ringing from few different numbers including this one. I have ignored it so far.

this is a company cell phone that I am getting calls from 239-443-3940.  Very annoying

I called the number back from my land line.  I was informed that I filled out an online survey for a chance to win a Dell Laptop.  While I don't remember doing this, it is possible.  They assured me they would remove me from their call list.  So far so good.  They were also calling from a 727 area code.

no company name just the number

The culprit for these numbers is a company by the name of bizrate. They do online marketing for companies that offer free trials for products. If you sign up for one such as becoming a tester for a product like ipad once they get your information which they can by a simple click onto the site, they download your information to every one of their associated clients. I have ended several of these types of harrassment phone calls by asking the person on the other end to give me his/her name. Then I ask them to spell it for me. Then I also ask for their last name. Nine times out of ten they give it to me especially if their name is common. Then I just tell thank them for the information and inform them that I will be turning their name into the U.S. Attorney General's office for harrassment. Most of them tell me they just work there. I tell them it makes them an accomplice and remind them that they are the ones doing the harrassing.

I have received phone calls from this number several times. They don't leave a message. I refuse to answer it. I would like to stop them from calling but don't know how.

Telemarketer that calls veryday-how annoying.I do  not want magaines!

My son keeps getting calls from this number 2394433940.IT's  so very annoying and he has just had this phone for a month.

I got sick of this # calling me and returned their call.When someone finally answered,I replyed Texas attorney generals office,how can I help you? Needless to say they hung up.

I half filled out a survey on which pops up when i try to go to facebook. This survey is about a $1000 gift card and i got a call from this number today. I didnt pick up the phone, until the 4th time they called.　The person told me about the online survey i filled out and about the magazine they wanted to send me. I answer no thanks to them. Anyone  knows how to terminate the harassment?
