I rarely ever use my cell phone. So rare that I am on a pay as you go phone plan that costs me $20 every three months. I always have minutes left over. Anyway, calls from this number and similar callers have been calling my cellphone lately. The only common denominator is that they must have got my number from Google. I signed up for Google Voice and added my cell to it. Now, whenever I get one of these calls, I also get an email from Google telling me I have a voicemail which is usually ten seconds of dead air. So they don't know my cell number but they know my Google Voice number that rings my cell.

Same thing as everyone else. How do you get the calls to stop?

Got a call today from this number.  No voice mail left, so I googled it and ended up here at this site.  Glad I did!  Not sure how they got my number.  I try to avoid any kind of online survey and when I do I always give fake info.

I just got ANOTHER call from them today.  A female asks "Hi!  Is Mary there?"  I tell her she has the wrong number.  She says can u speak up.  I tell her once more, that she has the wrong number.  She then asks again for me to speak up.  I tell her in a loud firm voice "Take me off your call list and dont call this number anymore!"  As I begin to hang up I hear her say "My fault....."  But by then I had hung up.

I got called once from this number. They left a voicemail saying "hello" i havent gotten called back

I called them . Surpisingly they picked up, I waited for a couple of mintues to get to a person but it was a guy and he said his name was greg.
I asked him why they called me repeatly, and he said that either i appiled for an ipad or i was on walmart gift card or whatever...
I didn't sign up for either of those things. But he said oh okay, sorry about that.
I told him to never call back again.

I've got around 6 calls/text today from this and some other similar numbers. I guess they are affiliated because this started today for the first time since i own this number (3 years). Only survey i filed out was a survey from a car manufacturer that i purchased my car from. I filed out around week ago and left my phone number, so it my have something to do with filing online surveys. not sure though.

Okay, they called me today and asked me if I had taken their online survey. Of course, I was confused beacuse I did NOT take any survey yesterday. Then, they asked me how old I was, so I told them I'm 17. Then, this lady started talking about something random and hung up...She was kinda talking about the redepmtion/sponsorship whatever...As long as I don't fill this out, I'm fine right?

I got a call this morning saying I had taken this online survey yesterday which I told them I don't recall taking any, the girl on the phone was like "It shows that you have took it November 3rd", so I was really confused but i listen to what she had said she kept on going on saying something about a $500 gift card then something like sending magazines for a 6 month trial? and she asked for my age, i told her i'm 18, then she hunged up after that, Is there gonna be any problems? is this some sort of scam? how do i get out of it?

LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE! I AM TIRED OF THE CONSTANT PHONE CALLS ON MY CELL THE LAST THREE DAYS IN A ROW FROM THIS NUMBER.
The weird thing is that they asked for my son by his first name who does not live here at home with me!

These people keep texting me, stating that I have won a prize. When I go to www.MyGiftStatus.com! I am asked to buy something or subscribe to something. In any case there is no prize, just someone trying to get me to buy something. Is this not what is called a scam? In this ecomomy there are sharks out there ready to take advantage of people. Shame on them!

They have called more times than I can remember. They will say that I have won a prize and to go to a website called MyGiftStatus.com or go to another website at Giftconfirm.com. When I get on the website there is no prize, just solicitation to subcribe to magazines. What a scam!!!!

I have received numerous calls from this number.  I am annoyed and am filing a complaint with the FCC and finally blocking the number from my phone.

i got a call from this number asking for me and i had told it i wasn't here at the moment, my iphone says it's Cape Coral,FL

they asked for information regarding a "stimulus redemption" gift that they were to send (which i did not ask for) and I am now receiving constant harassing phone calls which after numerous times of telling them not to call, they do not stop. I've reported them on several different occasions to several sources and nothing is being done. I have found other articles of people with identical complains and it needs to stop. they are Gulf Stream Readers, located in cape coral FL. scamming people everywhere. other complaints can be easily found throughout the internet regarding the same number 239-443-3940.
