The number was 248-564-4718 (not 28) but the issue was the same as the others have had here.
These folks (respiratory rescue, pure and simple air duct service (anna), quality control air duct (trevor) etc have been calling me for a year.  What does it take to get rid of these maggots?  I turned in a FCC complaint and I have a feeling that these guys are so fly by night, that the BBB wouldnt be able to do anything with them. (I doubt they file taxes or have a business license).  Given the Myspace link (drugs and porn shots) I wouldn't let these folks in my neighborhood, much less my house.  ICK ICK ICK

Recevied a call this afternoon from Jem Care LLC @ 248-564-4707. Since I'm on the DNC list, I didn't answer.

Got called from 248-564-4726.  Filing DoNotCall complaint.  See if that goes anywhere.  First time they have called me.

same thing ... even has the gall to say that I can hang up if I am not interested in the duct cleaning service; yes, I'm also on the 'do not call' list; these automatic dialing machines should be illegal

This is my 7rd call from these people. Today I filed complaints at do not call.gov and the Michigan Attorney General.   I would just like to say that if enough people took the time to report these violations of the Do Not Call list, they would get heavily fined.  When it comes to business practices, they are unethical, so please report them and help run them out of business.

Received a call at 1640 248-564-4732.  JEM CARE LCC DI did leave a voice mail requesting more info from them so I could forward it to the A G. Did log a complaint with the AG online. If John's phone # is correct, should we call it at night when we get up to pee?

Received a call from JEM Care LLC today calling from 248-564-4720.  They did not register this number with the Federal Do Not Call list.  Will report to Michigan Attorney General.

Yes, everyone.  Do not file a complaint on the Do Not Call website.  That is completely useless.  Use the above link for the FCC.  They do not mess around and follow up on each and every complaint.

Received voice mail from Jem Care LLC.  Seems that these FCC complaints don't do too much since he's still at it.  I filed one anyway.

The last FCC Complaint I filed took about a year to resolve.  BUT....they were fined $18,000 as a result.

I too have received calls from Jem Care LLC, with caller ID showing a 248.564.2724 number.   The callers (different recordings) state they're with Residential Air Duct Cleaning. That's as far as they get before they're disconnected.

The actual 564.2724 number is a disconnected number.    This outfit is one of the scumbags that calls from numbers that can't be called.

I checked out this company with the Michigan Corporation Business Entity database and found that Jem Care LLC is a Michigan company but not in good standing.

So-Clean is another company which regularly pesters me with recorded messages.    I've been on the Do Not Call list for years but these two air duct companies (as well as many lawn fertilizers) just ignore the list.   I've reported So-Clean repeatedly but they still keep pestering me.

Got two calls from two different numbers from this weaselly sounding punk.

And he left both a 248 and a 586 area code number for a call  back.

I left long rambling messages to tie up a bit of his memory on his voicemail.  Called him by his name "John" just to get him thinking.

Oh wait.  Did I accuse John of thinking?  Silly me.

I have been getting numerous calls from these people for years! Mostly it's robo but sometimes I think there has been an actual caller. Thanks for all the useful information others have posted to make it easier to report these scumbags. What do they get out of doing this?
