I am currently in the process of filing a law suit against Ryan Ragland and John (Johnny) Edward MCCaig II.  I am a president of an incorporation and was referred to  John and/or aka Jem Care, llc. I was referred to him by an old acquanitance.   I had no ideal that both of them could do this to other humans.  I had no ideal of their character and unlawful morals.  My lawsuit is seperate from your complaints, however, if anyone would like to add their name to my lawsuit, please feel free to call me toll free at 1-877-473-6540.  I have Ryan's and Johnny's address, drivers license numbers, and telephone numbers.  I am also filing a police report in the city/county they reside in and a lawsuit in our court of law that I perfer not to explain on thi site.  However, it will become public record once it is recorded.  Please feel free to contact me during business hours and for some people on this site it is my understanding that they have already won a lawsuit so if you need any information t help you collect just call the toll free number above.  My business I do is also in Michigan so the lawsuit will be in this state.  Thank you.

Calling a stranger with an automated recorded message IS now a violation of federal statute, but I'm not certain of the severity (toothless complaint or a felony). Maximum fine is $16,000 per call.

Some automated calls are excluded. Delayed flight, dentist reminder, tornado warning, etc.

Calling phones on the Do Not Call list is not a crime -- the list is intended to be followed voluntarily by legitimate businesses who must pay for updated lists.

My father who is 77 just had Quality Duct Cleaning come out to do cleaning and they told him on the phone it was $89.  They came out and charged him $248 and only spent 7 min. total in the basement.  No way could they have done any sort of cleaning.  Their receipt has the phone number of 248-850-4800 and the name of Quality Control Duct Cleaning.  What a rip off.  He has little money and is on a fixed income and cannot afford this.  Anyone have any luck anyone with the AG's office?
