I received a call from this phone number today at around 11:30 am EST. It was from 250-260-3907 and an "unknown name" to my business line. It went to voice mail, but no message was left.

Based on the area code, I'm assuming they're calling from B.C. Since I am already registered on the Canadian "do not call" list, I will report them if they continue to call.

This call is from a company called SQM Group. Survey company hired but legitimate organizations to conduct 'customer service satisfaction survey's.  Call their number or go online and put your number on their do-not call list.

Unfortunately, once for around 20 days I was a telemarketer.  I think what it happening is that the way telemarketing companies work is they have the system call around five different people at the same time and whoever answers first they take that call.  The other people who might not have answered soon enough just get hung up on.  If it is indeed a survey company they probably operate the same way. it is supposed to be more efficient for the company.  It sucks for us, but at least its not someone trying to get you for thousands of dollars

Call was from Air Miles - an automated voice asking me to complete survey based on my recent communications with Air Miles.

I  have received three calls from 250-2603907. They never say anything.Very weird

I have gotten calls from this number 250-260-3907 every time I have called Rogers. I found this site and found out that it is a telemarketer who works for Rogers.

Today I got this call within 5 minutes of hanging up with Rogers. I didn't pick up as I didn't know the number. They hung up as soon as my outgoing message on my answering machine started. I immediately called Rogers back and told them what I thought of this marketing call. They put me on a list that tells the telemarketers never to call me again. Takes 2 weeks for this to get into place but I think it's worth it.

They were stunned when I told them the name of the telemarketer. They are from SQM (Service Quality Measurement Group). They admitted that they use this company. I was told that this company has to call back 5 persons per week to do an evaluation of Rogers call center personnel. They apparently need to know if Rogers customers are happy with the service they receive from the call centers. If you use Rogers for any service they provide and you get a call back from an unknown name almost immediately, call Rogers and have them put you on their never call again list. If this helps one person, then I am happy.

Unfortunately, it won't do any good to report them. They do surveys for companies you have talked to on the phone. The Do Not Call list, allows for these types of calls. If you call a bank, cable company or any other type of company and they have their telemarketers call you back, there is nothing you can do. You have to figure out what company you called that uses the telemarketer and call them back to have your number listed as a do not call again. Unfortunately, telling these idiots to remove your name and number from their calling list doesn't work.  Lots of experience there. Hope this helps.

Instead of calling back the specific company you used, you can go straight to the surveying company and fill out their DNC list. That way you aren't relying on a middle man for removal and it takes effect much quicker.

Just dont answer the call it must be one of thous kind of company that take your money when u answer the call i had to pay 2 international calls last months it was only 75c for but...from virginia? i dont know anyone from there! So next time press the red key and ignore the call.

And im pretty sure http://www.sqmgroup.com/do-not-call-list  is one of thous companies responsable for all this waste of time..they want you to use there tricky services! Dont be stupid!

Received a call from them just now. Called back and got no answer. I'm in Quebec so I have no idea why they'd call.

Type in your number here and it should be removed from that calling list.

The call is from SQM Group who do customer surveys for various companies after you use their services (mine was for Scotiabank). You can add your number to their do not call list on their website at http://www.sqmgroup.com/do-not-call-list.

I just missed a call from this number.  They left no message.
