"i got a call from this number. it left a message " we're calling about a personal business matter..." give some reference number and a 1800 number to call back. "
It is very unusual for a survey company to leave a reference number and an 800 number to call back. This sounds more like a collection agency call.
The story in other posts about this number belonging to a company named SQM... is a joke. The area code is in BC and there is no such company in Canada.
Another post saying this is a new number of Rogers customer satisfaction, that started 1-2 years ago is silly considering the posts about this number on this site date back to 2007.- Caller: Not known
- Call type: Debt collector
- leecalled my vision insurance company, VSP, to ask a question and this number called a little later and a computer left a message about completing a customer service survey, very annoying, I'll be sure to not give out my number to even my freakin' insurance companies anymore!
- Caller: S Q M GROUP INC
- Call type: Survey

- ShelleyI think it's a survey company. I just did some plan changes at Rogers and they warned me someone would be calling. I missed the call but after seeing everyone's responses to this, I'm pretty sure that's all it was.
- jrs101Yes, it's a Rogers follow up call to rate a service call I placed to Rogers to change a part of my data plan.
- Caller: Rogers
- Call type: Survey
- Fed upThis is very annoying!
- SteveJust go to this address and add your number to their Do Not Call List.

Please note they are a survey company working for companies such as Rogers doing customer service quality surveys. As such, they do not have to abide by the national DO NOT CALL list. You must have your number added specifically to their personal DNC list to stop further calls.
Good luck.- Caller: SQM

- HermesI've received several calls from this 250 260 3907 number. They left nothing but click on my voicemail. It's kind of annoying so I've done some research online about this number. I found 1-800-446-2095 number to stop this call. When you call to this number Remember to ask that you be put on the Do Not Call List for ALL companies that they are AFFILIATED with. The reprentative who answered the call was friendly and helpful. She said that call was for customer satisfaction survey purpose. She added my number into the DO NOT CALL list right away. The main reason of you getting call from 250 260 3907 is Roger's Communication. Those stupid [***] sell all your identity to anyone who wants. Even you've just signed a contract with Rogers they will call you twice a day about 10-15% discount and extantion of contract everyday. That is a lots of hassle

- Derra St. DenisThere is a simple solution to "not" be constantly annoyed or interupted by calls from unknown sources. If you do not recognize the telephone number(s) on your call display or they have blocked their number, do not answer the call. Eventually, they will give up and move on. It is no fun never being acknowledged. And they never leave a message. If the call is important enough, the caller will always leave a message of which you may immediately respond. All they want is your money for some scam or information for identity theft. I repeat, do not answer the call, and if you do not have "call display", time to adjust your plan. If they catch you off guard driving for example wearing your blue tooth, hang up immediately. Trust me, they will give up and move on to a easier victim. It is a numbers game.

- sharon| 1 replyI got a missed call from them today (at 11:37 this morning). No message. I notice people are saying it's associated with Roger's Communication but I don't have any Roger's product - phone, cell, internet or cable. I have no idea why they are calling me. . . of course there was no message left! I just don't answer "Unknown Name" calls.
- Caller: Unknown Name
- Ryan replies to sharonSQM surveys on behalf of over 450 companies, not just Rogers. You probably recently placed a call to a service center that is a client of SWM's, then they followed up to get your satisfaction rating
