Report a phone call from 251-725-1770 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Sam ClemensGot a call. No words spoken. I am looking for a job so I don't know if it is a perspective employer. The calls for lower CC interest rates I have gotten many times. I ask not to be on the list and they hang up before i finish my words.
- Caller: Unknown
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Swan| 1 replyAnother call from "Card Member Services".
I kept them on the line for about 20 minutes without giving out any identifying information. As soon as I asked if they could remove my number from their system the line went blank.
If everyone wasted the scammers time this scam would finally burn out.
They have absolutely no idea of who you are or any details about you....lead them on a long goose chase.- Caller: Card Member Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ANonymousthese people are very annoying. Can someone stop these calls?
- Caller: scam
- AZJust got one too, ring and then a hang up. I was waiting for the card members services crap again so I could waste their time. Interesting this one is from a person when I looked it up. Burn Ollie

- jimboScammer, The only way we can stop these people is to waste as much of their time as possible and tell them in the end that you wasted their time for not respecting the do not call list, Laugh, Hang up.
Over the last 3 months the number of calls I have gotten has dropped to 1/4 of what they were. - !!! --> Read , ---!!!Just save number as a CONTACT as "SPAM".
Then for that contact , just find the button for EDIT that contact , and choose to SEND ALL CALLS FOR THAT NUMBER DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL.
They dont leave voice mails, and at least you wont hear the phone right.
For any other SPAM phone numbers you receive , add them to this contact as secondary phone numbers . You can add many phone numbers to your new contact named SPAM. NONE of the numbers you add will ring your phone. - RdgHprAnother $#^%&_*(&& spamming [***] from a number that when it is called back generates a message that the number is no longer in service.
- MoGilbI got a call from this number and didn't answer; just waited till they hung up then went to
"options" on my cell phone, and added the number to the "reject" list! Lots of numbers
there. When a call comes from the same number, I do not hear a ring, but my cell phone
tells them that I am not accepting calls from their number!! Works like a charm! I have
a similar option on my land line!- Caller: Incomin Call
- Joe doaques replies to tomI stick my thumb and forefinger in my mouth and whistle as LOUDLY as I possibly can. These bozoz need to get good jobs: like sign waggler for a mattress company. You can be deaf and do good work.
- GeminiCalled my cell while I was at work. Nothing but silence on the other end. If your cell company charges you to block numbers or limits the amount of numbers you can block, I found an easy solution.
I add these numbers to a contact in my phone under "Scam Artist", then set a rule for the calls to go automatically to voice mail. After 3-4 months, you can delete the number from your contacts.- Caller: unknown
- MikeI missed the call on my cell phone when it came in, so I called the number on my caller ID 251 725-1770, it says I have reached a number that is no longer in service. Once I came to WhoCallsMe.com, I found simular stories about calling to reduce my credit card interest. When I have asked to have my number taken off the list they abrubtly hang up. I hate these kind of turds.
- Robin replies to TJHThank you!! Don't know why I didn't think of this
- M. A.Stop calling me too
- CHARLES NEUBAUER| 1 replyI keep getting these odd phone calls from weird numbers. Why me.?
- Caller: ?
- Ed replies to CHARLES NEUBAUERThese calls are a common type of fraud. The FTC has been battling it for years.
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2012/11/robocalls.shtm
The calls are dialed via computer over VOIP lines. The person who actually owns the number is not actually involved (over VOIP you can "spoof" any number you want).
All we can do is pray the FTC catches enough people doing this to make them actually stop.
I'm not holding my breath though. - LtDarkstarBEWARE - CREDIT CARD SCAMMER!
Automated message that says "Thank you for your latest credit card payment" and offers you a lower interest rate. They make it sound like they are your credit card but they are NOT. First I do not own ANY credit cards nor make payments on them so I knew it was a scam the second they called. Got through to an operator and told them to put me on the do not call list and hung up on them but I doubt they will listen, ended up putting their number into Verizon's call blocking service online so they can't call from that spoofed number anymore. I get these weekly from different phone numbers.- Caller: "Credit Card Services"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- SerenaFor all of you pointing out that some person who appears to own that number "lives in the ghetto" it may benefit you to all know that this group of scam artists is spoofing telephone numbers. It's the CARD SERVICES scam. Every few weeks they change it up, including their spoofed phone numbers, it's likely they are calling via Skype, or Magic Jack numbers. And since they are SCAM ARTISTS, they don't adhere to the DO NOT CALL LIST.
Go file a complaint, be productive.- Caller: CARD SERVICES
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AaMo replies to Jack McCloskeyThe do not call list is for legit businesses, I'm sure these scanners aren't checking it.
- Sam JohnsonAs long as you answer your phone, they will keep on calling you. They don't care if you called them jerks or whatever else came to your mind. What I do is assign ring tones to people on my contact lists; I set my default to no ring. If it is important, caller will leave a voice mail. More peaceful this way, and my blood pressure is much better. The DNC list is just another typical government program - funded with our money but no results.

- Dan| 1 replyCall from this number came to my cell phone. When I called back, I got a message that the number was no longer in service. I sent a text message telling whoever is doing this (a) to stop calling, and (b) that my number is on the do not call list.
