They called, I answered............nothing. I hung up quickly & looked up the #............seems to be a real pain in the A$$.

Oh yea, that's good old "Rachel" from "Cardholder Services."  She calls from about 100 different numbers and then asks for your credit card numbers.

just got a missed call from this number - no voice mail. glad I didn't answer after googling the number and finding this! how annoying! I am job-searching, so my heart races whenever my phone rings - what a drag to get an unwanted call.

Called my landline in NYC.  They are scammers claiming to lower your credit card interest rate.

I got a call from this number on my cell..I am not sure how they got my number

10:04 AM Eastern - called me in the middle of class. Left no message. Appparently a scammer according to other reports. Beware!

Received a call at noon EST today (12/06/11). Reported as a Do Not Call violation -- again.

Missed call from the posted number. No message. I didn't try to return the call.

I have received 2 calls-they don't leave messages. Anyone know how to make it stop?

I answered the call & thery didn't talk so i hung up on them. They called on my house phone. I NEVER give out that phone number. I usually give them my cell phone number, but now I put They call blocker on my cell phone number. I would LOVE to know who the he** gave out my house phone number.

they keep calling and i dont answer its clear the do not call list does not work. its not right that people
have more rights to your phone then you do and you pay the bill. and  there is nothing  you can do about it

Missed call no VM.  Looked up number on this list see it's a scam.  On Do Not Call List going to report them.

All i could find is that it is a land-line (people still use those??!?!?!?)

Sometimes, out of fun, I answer, but give them "dead space," by saying nothing.

a call came from this # at 7.10 pm EST.  no message.  interesting to read that others are getting calls from this number.................

We have been getting calls from this number all summer long and it hasn't stopped.  They usually leave a message that it's Card holder services and that they can lower our rate.  Last night when they called I answered and was directed to press 1 to  speak with an agent.  When the lady answered, she asked if I had called about lowering my rate.  
I said, "you called me and we are on the Do Not Call list."  To which there was a click and nothing.   But, they called back again today.

I answered the call but got no response from the other end. It's from Kent, WA.
