This so called company has been calling my house numerous times a day. I guess the thing that bothers me the most is when they call early in the morning and wake my 6 month old son up. Every time I answer no one says anything. So I finally had enough and called them. They said my number was not in their system and they never called here. Funny thing when they had just called not only once but twice, 5 minutes before I called them. I'm thinking about calling them a few times a day and just sitting silent on the phone... maybe they'll get the point then.

don't answer this call, unless you want a call at exactly that time of day EVERYDAY.  This company violates your federally protected rights, report them to the FTC.

They called, left no message. Called back, gave them my number, they were looking for someone else, I told them it wasn't me. They hung up on me.

Message indicating that they needed to talk to an "Adult Consumer in the Household" then left a number of 281-670-1528 - which no one will call because it is long distance for most.

Did not identify themselves, did not indicate what the matter was about, and as indicated above did not ask for anyone specific.

Avoid like the plague - sounds like a scam.

I've received these calls as well and have to wonder, if it was a legitmate debt collector, why do they ask for the adult comsumer of the household?  They should have the name of the debtor if they are trying to legitimately collect a debt.

This is the prime example of why I don't like to answer my phone!!!!! If an unknown number shows up..leave a message. Don't call me and leave a message to call another number, and you don't give me any idea of who I'm about to call! Screw YOU!!!

Thse people are inconsiderate idiots. The call the office, usually after business hours (or before, or lunch) and on weekends. When I am here, I answer to "Dead Air." These inconsiderate morons can't be bothered to even be on the phone when you answer. They illegally block their ID with "Private Caller" and if you call back, they answer as "Small Business Solutions" and want you to leave a message. If they don't want to leave a message on my voice mail, why should I leave one for them.

After finding out who they are, I faxed a letter requesting they stop calling. Apparently. "In Writing" is also meaningless for these  cretins

They have been calling from a toll free number now they are calling from a 281-670-1540 number.  My daughter tried to get information from them.  They wanted her credit card.  She asked for an invoice as she knows she doesn't owe them anything.  They hung up on her.  They stopped calling from the toll free number and started calling from this new number.  They won't give information on what the debt is.  A true collection agency will tell you what it is you owe and for what.  I think this is a scam.

They asked for my infant son who has no debt! They call 2 to 3 times a day.  I did take the advice of reporting them to the FTC.

They call EVERYDAY from this number & an 800-816-5572 number.

I see messages where people are getting calls 3 and 4 times a day.  I have my phone thru the local able company and can keep track of ALL incomming and out going calls and get on average 10 calls a day from this number 281-670-1528 FMNA ALLIANCE.  But the jokes on them.  This number is hooked to my fax machine and by law they can't send a fax due to not knowing whom they are sending it to.

You cannot block a 1-800 number unfortunately

I kept receing random calls on my fax machine (every day) and when I would pick up and say "Doctor's office how can I help you?" they would hang up.  I finally looked up online how to get the number that last called you and it said it was 281-670-1528.  I googled it and found this site (thanks everyone!).  I called the number back and spoke with "Miss Jackson".  i told her what was up, she asked if I ever heard of some named Robert Baneck (sic).  When I told her no, and that she was calling the fax machine of my business, she apologized and said the number would be removed.  Hopefully it will.

They keep calling our house, anytime of the day, 7 days a week.  We finally answered it and they keep asking for a "Robert."  No one by that name lives here or has ever lived here, we keep telling them that they have the wrong number and they keep saying "What number can we reach him at?  We can't resolve this unless you give us a number."  We've had it.  The next time they call we're getting the persons name and calling their number to get off their list.  Or we're getting an airhorn to answer those calls!  Good suggestion by another frustrated person!

got harrasses by a disrespectful man who, after I confirmed I was not the person he asked for and my social did not match, stated the calls would continue unless I gave him another number or figured out that I was who HE said I was

A southern accent lady and didn't identify herself who she was while I was driving.  She caught off guard and tried to Bank of America credit card in the amount of $24,000 which I never in my life own or have an account with B of A.  Unfortunately, I verified with my identity.  Watch Out!!!!!

they keep calling me, no messages, nothing....

Someone from this number keeps calling my cell phone and since I don't recognize the number I don't answer it.  It is very annoying but now I see from the posts on here why they may be calling.

SUGGESTION:  FMA Alliance calls me on my cell phone, so I created up a new contact in my cell phone's contact list named "Do Not Answer" and then saved their number to this contact.  Then, I changed the ring tone to "No Ring".  When they call, my phone doesn't ring and I'm not disturbed.
