I live in Massachusetts so the caller cannot leave a message, by law.  They started to call three weeks ago and are limited to three times per week.  Problem is, I do not have outstanding debt. I feel harassed but also frustrated that they simply call and leave no message.  How do I get to the bottom of this without actually having to call them back?  The calls never come when I am able to answer.

this number calls me and asks for various people.  Not good.

A "Shawntae Morris" leaves a message  stating she is looking for the location of someone (who does not live here). They gave a name which I won't print here.
The ID gives the info of FNMA Alliance at 1-281-670-1528 BUT "Shawntae" says I can call her at
866 290 2303. Yeah,right.

I just called their main # — (800) 955-5598 — on their website, spoke with a very nice receptionist. She kept transferring me to different managers to make sure that I got a live person to speak with. The Manager said that as of 12:30 today that my number had been removed from the system. Everyone that I spoke with we very nice and accommodating. Hopefully they will stick to their word and actually stop calling.

Call 3 or 4 times a day.  Never answer when I pick up.

There are a bill collector..Do not call them back!!!

These [***] will call you then hang up when you answer.
That's their motive to get you to call back, they call you, then hang up after you call them back constantly.  Then try to collect money from you after you call them to see who the hell it is.  Then they will be [***] again and will try ANY way they can to get money out of you.  I spoke to am african american woman by the name of "Ms. Griffin" (when I asked if this was her REAL name, she refused to answer that question) and was a complete [***].

DON'T fall for it!!!

This caller calls numerous times per day beginning at 7:59a.m.  never saying anything, they will call back to back

These phone call are happening to me too.  Exactly the same way

No message, no ID.  Annoying.

Received call (did not answer) .  Called back and rep stated they were FMA Alliance.  They insisted on having my number in order to reconcile the call.  Once I provided it, they claimed to have never made the call.

The airhorn works well for neighbors with barking dogs as well.

Then I pick up  no answers, after 2-4 sec. end call.

"FNMA Alliance" calls every morning and leaves no message other than the usual "press 1 ... press 2" but with an unusual twist "press 3 if you are unavailable and need more time to pick up the phone".  Duh ... press 3 if you are not home or don't want to talk to us.  The calls are addressed to my son - who has not lived at this address (phone number) for over five years.  He has somehow got on the bogus bill collection agency list.

Fanny Mae (FNMA) should get on these turkeys for misrepresentation.  I never answer this type of call - eventially they will stop calling under that name and start again under another name.

yea they call me a lot too, its funny the house p[hone rings and i ignore it, then my cell rings a second later and i ignore it.. funny they got both  my numbers next to ea other in the call list.. lol.. i owe $15 K or so and don't erven have a job so they can suck it, im filling for bankruptcy..

They call and write me. My relatives gave them all my personal info gladly because they are honest to a fault.

And want to see me homeless.

Called 3 times in 3 days.  Very Rude African Amer. Female just would not let me explain that I had sent a Cease and Desist Certified Letter to the credit card company she was calling to collect for. She said Discover had turned the matter over to FMA and they had no knowledge of request to be contacted by mail only (NO PHONE CALLES).  She said she sent a letter on the 9th.  She started calling on the 10th and every day thereafter.  She finally said "I know what i will do" and then hung up on us.  We still have NOT received any correspondance.  They need to be shut down.  Phone 218-670-1533

There are numerous calls from this number, sometime 10 a day.  They don't leave a message, when I answer the phone, there is no response.

I called the number back.  When I got through to a person, they just said 'Hello?'  Not like a business.  This is on a Saturday morning at 8:30!  She asked what number I was calling from, I informed her that she had just called ME!  She asked for my son, who doesn't live here.  I advised her that we are on the Do Not Call list (like that does anygood) and she said that they would remove me from their list.  I asked who the company that she was calling from and she said FMA Alliance.  I asked what kind of business that is and she said that she can't divulge that information.
