    Calls almost every day and hangs up after a few rings. Extremely annoying. Using call blocker

    Strange experience will call backs.  First time:  no ring just the sound of a television news program in background. Second time: female voice "Thank you for calling campaign support.  No one is available to take your call.  Please leave your name and number including area code and we will return your call."  Third time: male voice, "We called to reach out..." (faded out and disconnected.).  Called a couple more times and got the campaign support recording.  Whoever it is needs to seriously work on their answering system and deserves a good blocking!
