The number appears to be a "relay" ... it dials out from here in Canada with a believable accent, and once it establishes that YOU have answered, it connects on a HORRIBLE line to somewhere like India who you can barely understand!

- 1I was called and they said “hi is this Amber” and when I said “yes who is this” they immediately hung up and won’t answer my call backs. Very unsettled
- 1Received a call from this number today and another number yesterday that left a 2 second voicemail where you could just make out 'please contact me by WhatsAPP' so phishing I believe
