I'm not answering this call but they continue to call me and I believe could be a Spam caller

Call back gets, "Hello, thank you for calling Secure Finances.  If you are a new client, press 1, if you are an existing client press 2."

It's possible that they are just one of the plethora of unsolicited, pre-approved loan spam calls running about.  However, if you are a client, they may be trying to reach you.  If you intend to call, best to use the published number on the web site as any number can be spoofed.
