Same thing here...I'm in Quebec, I asked him to speak to me in french and he was just rude and speaked louder so I hung up...He called back a few minutes later from a similar number (289-539-0023), I didn't answer and he left a long message asking to call back Officer James Morrison with the same bad attitude and dumb things...

Received call from 289-539-0030 three time today. A deep Indian accent. Delivered a recorded message. same message all three times. Requested me or my attorney to call back. That I should not ignore the message, else good luck to me. I wanted to call back but Google the number and was relieved to see the numerous reports on same call. It is definitely not from CRA.

I have received the same call, three times he is Officer James Morrison.Saying the same as mentioned here.

I received a call from Officer James Morrison today also with the same message to call back immediately as it is time sensitive either myself or my attorney etc.  No reference to who he was calling for or what about or from what company.  Had Indian accent and my first impression was that it was a recording and after reading other posts a scam.  Not planning on calling back.

Did you ever get through to anyone.

Same as everyone above is saying: Officer Morrison, lawyer, return his call, heavy accent, I was in trouble, etc

Not all indians are bad, just this [***] and the people he works for. Definitely a scam, I got 2 calls today in Markham. (289) 539-0030... I feel bad for the elderly people who may provide these bad guys info :(

I received a call this morning the guy said he is immigration officer and I have an illegal case, he said that there is a complain fthat I did not update my alien card I told him i"m a canadian citizen but he still insist about the alien card my mistake is I gave my full name when he asked for it. he told me there is 2 option 1 is to go back from the country where I came from and file a case against the canadian embassy and the 2nd option is to settle here and pay 920 dollars just go to post office and get a form and pay I told him to send me proof before I pay and then he said if I dont want to pay just stay home and the RCMP will come to arrest me and deport me then he hung up the phone.
