    ive had the same phone number for over 20 years never had a spectrum, cox or time warner internet account associated with this number,left a recorded message on my voice mail. I dont pick up phone calls from other countries. spectrum internet from canada calling to renew internet account that was cancelled. definatly a scammer call.
