Answered a call from this number at 13:21 CST on my personal cell phone. Call was disconnected as soon as I answered. I'm on the DNC registry.

I called the 877 number that Mark posted for Snip Link and the gentleman stated that PAETEC now owns that number...

Received a call from them today near noon.  Look at their site. These [***] seem to be under the impression that their service is innovative or new--apparently they've never heard of e-mail or texting. What is most disturbing is the section of their site called "Prankster", which clearly invites harassment via phone with a blanket waiver of liability.  I can guarantee you, however, that this will not shield them from any liability in the very likely event that something serious occurs.  If enough people complain, you can get this changed. First, you can send them e-mails at http://www.heycosmo.com/landing/feedback.php letting them know you disagree with their company's "philosophy". Furthermore, register complaints at donotcall.gov.  But most importantly, alert your state's Attorney General's office, the federal government's Attorney General's office (the interstate nature of this matter places it within federal jurisdiction) and the FCC. They can laugh off our complaints and even sites like this--you know they do--but let's see who is laughing when they're shut down, facing a massive class action lawsuit, and fined into bankruptcy.  The laws were created to protect us from such harassment, use them.

Received a call at 9:23am, could here a ladies voice at the other end (not talking to me) As soon as I answered they hung up.

Got a call on 1/22/09 at 11:32 a.m.  I picked up and they didn't say anything they hung up.

I got a call from them on 1/22/09 at 12:47PM, nothing heard on the other end and filed a complaint on donotcall.gov

Missed call . . . no voicemail.

And another call...as soon as I answered, it hung up

Got a call  and no message. I am registered with this cell on DO NOT CALL. This is the first EVER that I have received.

Received a call on my cell phone at 6:40 pm on 1-18-09.  No message was left.  My cell is on the do not call registry.

I have been receiving unsolicited calls from this number for over 3 years. They also use the numbers: 412-208-6000, 866-414-6289, 866-908-8233, and 405-308-4474
