Unsolicited call from this number.  At 4:38 PM

On 11/16/08 at 4:59 PM, I received a two-second call from 302-336-7405, no message left.  Since 302 is a Delaware area code and I have relatives in Delaware, I called back.  The answering message said something about Predicto and told me to punch something (star?) to get a text message.  I hung up and googled the number, which let me to this page.

Just like the rest...unsolicited call on a company cell phone. Let's stop them!

Cell phone call recieved 11/17/08 @ 1:54pm CST.  I heard some beeps then they hung up.

Received a call from this number at 12:35pm but hung up when I answered.

Unsolicited call from this number.  No message left.

got a call 8:15 EST, no response.

Called on my cell phone. 11/18/08 @ 9:09. No message left.  I do not know this number.

call rec'd at 9:03 on 11/18/08.  Heard what seemed to be a man's voice, then silence...

Ditto AK.  Call rec'd 11/18/2008 @ 2:32pm.  Man's voice said one intelligible word, then "click".

D'oh, that should be "unintelligible".

Same as trish and AK above -- just got a call from this number on my cell phone, just an unintelligible word and a hang up

I am on the do not call list.  I received a call from this number in NJ at 5 55 pm Nov 18, 2008.  I do not answer calls on my cell phone to numbers I do not know.  If someone needs to talk with me they can leave a message and this did not happen.  Thus, I am reporting this error.

got a call on 18 nov at around 1900 hours.  no msg left.  reported number to "do not call" website.  if more people report this number, something might actually happen.

Recieved a call at 3:11pm PST on my cell phone. As soon as I took the call they hung up. I called back and recieved a canned advertisement for Direct TV. With a little research I found that HeyCosmos in Mountain View, California is responsible as the resource that Direct TV used. Since I live in San Jose I sent HeyCosmos an email telling them that either they drop Direct TV as a customer or I'll name them in my action against Direct TV. I have never lost a suit using the FCC's 1991 Telephone Consumer Protection Act regulation.

For those of you that are tired of receiving these calls and junk faxes, I suggest you do your homework and then sue the pants off of these low lifes. Its worth $1,500 for each suit if you do it right in your local Small Claims Court. Do a Google search on "Junk Faxes" and learn.

Call received  from this number answered the call and no response. Real pain...

Unsolicited call from this number. 11/21/08@7:28pm PST

Received a call from this number on 11/23/08 at 8:08 am Alaska Standard Time, did not get to the phone in time (since we were still asleep on a Sunday morning, imagine that). Call left no message, but when I called the number back got the HeyCosmo spam. We are on the do no call list for both our home and cell numbers.
