Got a call from these people stating my husband was being sued for a payday loan done in april of 2012 told them we had filed bankruptcy was told that didn't apply to them & since i was the one that called them they are gonna sue me too. Couldn't really understand this person told me they were from alexander & associates. Spoke to my lawyer if i can get an address i will sue them for harassment but my lawyer said it sounded like a scam

I received a call this morning from this Delaware number 302-861-5020
the prerecorded message says my name social security number has been associated with fraud
and process and summons is forthcoming!

As you cam imagine I was immediately terrified. I called and try to get more info
and they wanted me to verify my social sec. # and didn't and she said sh will put me
down as hostile and my wages will be garnished. I cursed her out. I quickly realized this is
debt collector,but I was scared nonetheless. I reported to my state attorney general and you should too!

Just arrived home to a nasty message about fraud and legal charges, call now or you will not have any legal avenues to help you.  302-861-5020  Surprise when I called the number a recording stating no one was available and the message box was full.  Glad this site is here.

Got the exact same message.  Sounds like a SCAM

NOT REAL! SCAM! This numbers calls and a person tells you that you have fraudulent activity and that there is a warrant out for you. They say you are going to have to appear in court and even give you a bogus case number. This is a SCAM!! The number has been reported by many people on various scam sites. DO NOT believe them. They are trying to get you to pay them money over the phone with credit or debit card by scaring you! Tell them you are reporting them to the authorities!

They had all my information. Scary!!! This fake company  could have easily  fooled anybody. They  will  stop calling  once you let them know  you are on to them.

Thru call I call back before I dif my homework. They never send their bill or address she was determined to get paid by credit  card. Wouldn't give me an address. Later I read about their scams. I didn't paid them anything

THIS WOMAN CALLED ME AND SHE WAS HORRIBLE, EVIL, AND RUDE, I TOLD HER TO SEND ME PAPER WORK SO I CAN SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEM, THEY ARE STILL CALLING, I DON'T KNOW HOW THESE SCAMMERS GOT THE INFORMATION ON MY OLD AUNT, BUT THEY DID, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT AND LET YOUR BANK BE ON THE WATCH FROM THESE IDIOTS.

Got two calls stating a case #, and fraudulent activity in my name against my ss#, before I get summoned I should contact their legal department.  No company name. I called back and waited 4 minutes for someone to answer. Now that I see all these comments I won't be calling back!  Gotta be a scam!

I have been getting calls from this number about fraud. They have even gone so far as to call a exboyfriend from 4 yrs ago leaving messages about me. How do we stop this ?

Just received a call from the same number. They left a message looking for my husband and left the same threatening message I called them back and told them I dont know this person and she said she was removing me from their list. I have received calls with the same message from three different numbers. This is a scam!

Been getting calls for 4 days. Finally called them back and told them I wanted the calls to stop and the lady said she would remove me from the "list".  They claim the name is alexander and associates but if you google it in deleware nothing comes up.

Me getting the same call at my home and cell phone everyday sometimes 3 times. Not calling them back.

I received a call from this number stating I was being served for fraud on my social security number, and I would be served both at my place of employment and home. Once I was served I lost all my rights. The strange thing is they did not have my address nor the what my social security number was. I was not going to provide them the information.

Got the same call, spoke to serveral different people, I kept asking for a physical address and they would not give it to me.  We all need to find a common lawyer and start a class action suit against them.  This is a total scam and they are harrassing everybody. They are rude, and participating in illegal activity.  I will be contacting a lawyer for harrassment, defamation, and just the pure hell they put us through.

Called me and my fiances number at same time, message says his name and on both messages, saying that he has two counts of fraudulent activity? Weird but luckily I looked it up and boom it's a scam. Blocked their number immediately

Total scam, this happens when you apply for a payday loan online or have had an online payday loan in the past.  Most of these sites are not "direct lenders" so your information is given to a third party.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting a payday loan BUT I would be sure that I am dealing with a direct lender and that the site is a secure site meaning no one can get your information other than the company you're giving it to.  You can verify that a site is secure by looking at the search bar for a closed lock pad.  I hope this information is helpful to someone.
