I am glad I looked up this number and found this post of emails; my experience is the same I blocked their number but they are calling my job. I can not understand how this happened; I am going to change my work number because I have a security clearance and telephones are recorded and I am not going to lose my job over a scam company.

I got same phone call from this number now again. They call me several time per day and they disturbing me all day. how do we stop them ?

Very threatening voice recording message.  This is a harassment.

this automated call comes in about once every other day. Same as all the other postings. Wish someone could prosecute them. F be honest investigate these jokers

They call the house daily leaving the same threatening message for a person no one in the household has heard of let alone knows. We have had this number for over 6 years so I don't know if this was the previous name for this number or what. Called them back and told them we don't know this person and to stop leaving these messages, well of course that didn't work because there was another message on the phone today. We tried blocking the number as well, but they still get thru. I guess it's just ignore them and maybe they will finally stop calling.

Calls like these keep coming to my home phone number and are very obnoxious.  The person(s) behind this scam need to be shut down.  The information they are giving is false and unsolicited.

Got the same calls as well. No name stated as to company name or what it was reguarding. Only a case was being filed with my ss#

I just received this message at my old job, telling me that I had fradulent charges filled against me. That I need to calll right, Did not leave name of company, Sounds like a scam to me.

They. Say they are lawyers they are sving u with court papets tou are goi g to hail but when you call back u are place on hold with hip hop music

Just got a call from the 302 area code. Left message to call that I had charges against me and left a case number. Tried calling back was on hold for 15 minutes. Will not call back. Seriously!!!!!!

I called my county court house and they said this is a scam!  Protect yourself.  Block the number!  I do collections and what they are doing is wrong.

I got a message from this number yesterday saying there were charges being brought against me for fraud and once I was served I would no longer have any rights, (as an American I know better) so I called them back they said I took out a payday loan in April 2012, and then closed my bank account before the money could be taken out to pay it back, I told them I have never taken out a payday loan, and the guy started yelling at me telling me I had one more chance before I have charges brought against me, I told him to prove it in court, then today I got a call from a different number claiming to be my state and they where coming to take my car if I didn't pay by 5:00 pm at that point I called my lawyer he told me it is a scam they can not take anything without a court order, then they called me from yet another number this time I answered she was very rude and told me that if I didn't give them my payment info then they would be sending the police to my place of employment to arrest me for fraud, I told them to call my lawyer they stated that it was to late for courts and lawyers and if I didn't pay right then I was going to jail, this is a scam do not fall for their scare scams.

Received a phone call from phone number 302 861 5020...(Newark, DE)  TOTALLY fraudulent!!!! Do NOT give these people ANY personal information! They will hack into your account. Place their number on the 'do not call list' to avoid them.

I also received very similar calls. the first ones were in march and it was the 302-861-5020 number. I received calls yesterday and today saying the same thing only with a different case number. Good thing I wrote everything down. I told them I contacted the police and they were very quick to get off the phone saying I will just have to wait for my summons. total Scam!!!

Been getting this call for 8 or 9 months, they say you will be served a summons.  You can't be served a summons until a complaint has been filed and you have received a copy.  The attorney filing the complaint usually will mail you a copy.  The attorney should do his due diligence to make sure his client is asking him to file a valid suit..that much said, no attorney is going to risk his license filing a false suit for some scam artist, which means there is not going to be a suit or a summons.
