do you need credit before you can text stop to 89030?? these messages from 3030 are killing my credit.

3030 charging 20p pet message when not subscribed to this. txtstop to 89030.this works.
T Mobile sought it out.
If not everybody switch from this network, there too expensive anyway.

Hi,  my mother, my daughter and I have all been getting texts from the service 3030, and it has been clearing out our credit. If you send STOP 3030, to them, there will be a message saying you are now unsubscribed from that service. I hope this helps.

Yeah, I got a similar automated service saying Coors Credit Union was putting a hold on my debit card. I don't belong to that credit union. It started going through an automated prompt asking to "verify" my account number...

I got a call at 2209 from phone number 3030 they left no message.  When I tried the number the call did not go through. Why, what kind of call is this?

Ok, so I have sent "STOP" to 3030 & "STOP 3030" to 89030.  I have not received any message in return via text or another phone call.

My husband just got a phone call from 3030, not a text.  He didn't get to the phone in time to answer and they didn't leave a message.  Tried to call it back and couldn't.  But he doesn't have T-mobile.  He has Verizon.  I will be curious to see if this happens again and if he gets charged anything.

Have received several calls, never answered any. With Boost (Sprint), not TMobile. Texting to 3030 and 89030 got me an invalid number message. Can register a number as spam on my phone (samsung galaxy s2) - long press 3030 message on text message screen and select "register number as spam." Not sure if this will work on calls.

Today I  got a phone call from 303-0 . I didn't answer it because it wasn't an actual number and when my cousin called it again it said that it wasn't an actual number and to try again with area code.. Everyone above says they got a text from 3030 but I got an actual call. And they didn't leave a voicemail ..  What is it?

I bought a new tmobile sim on pay as you go and hadn't even sent any texts on it then started getting weather reports every single morning from 3030 , using up my credit! Text stop to 89030 and got a message back saying 'tmobile weather reports will now stop'
They shouldn't set these up without permission!

Just fixed this one with the STOP text to 89030 - said it was Tmobile music!

Now got about ninety seven others to stop as I inherited this phone from a teenager, gah!

Confronted T Mobile re 3030 text messages on the third call they finally admitted it was a TMobile subscription service they piggy back on to you via a downloaded app. When I pointed out that where I come from they call this stealing they agreed to refund every penny they had taken and to cancel my contract with no charges. STOP to 3030 and 89030 works but that is not the point. Good luck chaps, it's time to fight back.

How did you manage to speak to a human I keep getting the runaround when dialling 150 and I dont want to wast more money on paying for calls.

But in any event I am really angry with this bunch and I will not let go over this blatent thievery and rubbish service

I got 2 identical phones from EE back in January 2014. My phone is OK but the one I got for my husband has been receiving a joke a day from 3030 which we certainly have not subscribed to. All these texts have been going in to the spam folder so we didn't even see them. Yesterday I noticed I was being charged 17p a day for a text from Joke Info (when you add VAT it's 20p!). Rang EE who said they didn't know anything about it and would look in to it and ring back in the week. (Yeah! heard that before!). EE couldn't tell me the number that was sending them but once I realised they were in the spam folder I could see it was T Mobile 3030. Found the answer on here and unsubscribed asap. Thank you for this valuable information.
