TeleVox is a message reminder (appointments, etc.) from various health professionals.  They will call repeatedly until you can't stand it any more.  I recommend a call blocker that will block this and any other annoying calls you receive.  Some will let you block calls from any specified area code (800 numbers are a good candidate!).  I purchased one by DigiTone that works very effectively.  The phone rings only once and then hangs up on the caller.  Well worth the investment, especially during an election season.

It is an automated appointment reminder service.  I just got a call to remind me of a doctor appointment tomorrow.

I just received a call and realized that it was an automated "Reminder" for an upcoming doctor's appointment for my father.  Obviously they are an outside service since it is not from my area code.  Now that I have identified them -- I am happy they reminded me because I am responsible for my father's transportation.

I received a call from them today, automated system to confirm my up coming doctor's appointment.

I just received a call from this number as well 303-256-1031. They claim to be from Dr.Batada (guessing on spelling) for me to confirm an appointment on the 21st at 10 am. I find this very interesting since the number comes from Colorado and I am in Tennessee. I'm quite sure I never made a Doctors appointment in a location across the country. Also find it odd that no one answers when I call it back. I smell a scam.

I got 78 missed calls from this number over the weekend at my work number.  This is unreal!!!  We should have a way of tracking these people and demanding they stop calling us!

Not sure why this number continues to call me. The other evening, it called me 5 times, as late as 8:00 pm - when my child is sleeping. Messages are never left and it would be highly appreciated if this ceases to continue.

It is a company that some hospitals and doctors offices use to remind people of upcomming appointments for tests, or office visits. They state the time and date of the appointment and tell you to arrive 30 minutes early to register and what info you need to bring with you.
