They called at 6pm and tried to confirm a doctor appointment for me, but didn't tell me what doctor it as.  Now I am hoping it wasn't for an appointment I was waiting to get a call from to a surgeon in California.  Damn!  At least they could have said the doctors name and you could barely hear what they did say.  Now I have to play phone tag with my many doctors (I have many) tomorrow to find out what appointment I canceled.  I canceled this thinking it was a doctor here when I was waiting to get an appointment for urgent surgery in another state.  If you are getting a new appointment wouldn't they call you in person???  ( I hope)

It's a reminder service calling to inform you of an appointment that YOU probably setup. Don't get mad about this you morons.

This is an automated reminder service for scheduled medical appointments. The call originates in Colorado, but the service appears to operate nationwide.

The value of the information provided probably depends on your specific health provider, but the message that I've been getting (for several years now) is updated from time to time with information about changes in parking availability and other worthwhile tidbits. Very helpful, on the whole. If your health provider is neglecting to supply useful information to the automated system (e.g. a valid contact number), you may want to take that up with them.

Rather than getting angry, I'd recommend checking your calendar to make sure that you're not forgetting something important.

It appears to be a reminder service for doctors.  I've been called twice recently, the first time to remind me of a scheduled appointment for my sons w/their pediatrician and the second time to remind me of my younger son's appointment with his orthodontist.  until last week, I got these calls directly from the doctor's office & apparently the reminder service is doing it for the doctors.  I presume the doc is saving some bucks on expensive staff...  

Although it is a Denver number, it was an automated service reminding me of my daughter's upcoming doctor's appointment.

Called me today at 11:00am. I did not pick up as number was strange and they left no message. Some here claim this is reminder service for doctors. I have no pending appointments with any doctor or dentist. If it is an automated reminder service then why no voicemail left???? My dentist uses an automated reminder service different from this and it always leaves a voicemail.

They have called here three times today,the last time being just now,,,I do not turn my answering machine on and I just let it ring...and if you click on star 67 so your number will not show and you call that number you will not get an answer,,there are so many scams,,I just let them ring if I do not recognize the number ,I even get them on my cell,,if it is a number not on my contact list,,,then I know my contact list is the only ones that have my numer,,,so I would not be concerned,,,but if you let it ring and do not answer or let a ans machine answer then they will quit,,but if you ever answer they know they have a working number ...
