It's Telefund on my caller ID.  They call frequently.  I never answer.  They don't leave voicemails.  After a few weeks of that, I don't get calls.  Then months later Telefund shows again on the ID, calling from a different number in a different state.  Supposedly they solicit donations for many different non-profit organizations.  Maybe they are legit, maybe not.  A lot of these outfits are scams.  Beware.

Calls frequently. Never leaves message. Most recent call 3/27 at 3:24 pm eastern.

Caller refused to id himself or leave a message.  To me, that says scam!

I agree with many of the comments listed here.  This number called and I finally answered.  After saying Hello, hello, several times, a man came on, asked for me by name.  When I said I was "unavailable but could take a message", he said he was calling on behalf of an organization I was involved with.  Not sure about that; however...  Here is the information I was able to obtain.

"Telefund is a firm that can very effectively turn phone calls to prospects into members for HRC. We have 10,000 new members from last year's calling alone."

I started getting calls from this number 2 days after getting a new cell with a different number. I hadn't even given my new number to my friends and family yet! Delete, delete, delete.

Me too!!!! They ask for me and then hang up.

This number has called me twice in one week. I answer and there is no one there.

Calls everyday with no one on the other line. The website for the telefund says that the Human Rights Campaign is one of their clients, which is a organization that has my information.  Thanks a lot HRC! Stop giving my information away!

After reading all of posted messages and going to websites mentioned, I found out the the HRC is either the Human Rights Campaign that works for equality for LGBT people or it's the Hunting Retriever Club for hunters who use dogs to aid in retrieving their prey. Although I used to get many robo-calls from the NRA after I joined (because I owned a gun shop), I tend to think they are from the former than the latter. My suggestion is to change their ring tone to Crickets (or something else reserved for junk calls) and call any number that is given to get off of the call list. The number for the payroll administrator, Nicole Lane, is 303-293-2726, ext. 3302. I'd call her if the other option doesn't work.

Get called every afternoon

I get a call from this number several times daily. It never leaves a message, and when I pick up, there is silence on the other end.

I found the phone company provider of them and am going to call them on Monday and file a complaint.  Also we could pretend we're interested in the company we're asking about and see if we can get information on them and thereby contact THEM and harass them.  Either way, here is the info:

I was getting calls from California, then Texas, then today this one from Colorado. I find it completely disgusting that some of the money I've given charities is being used to harass me. I'd like to spread the word that they aren't getting another dime from me to spend on these phone calls.

This is a call from Telefund.  This place should be reported and stopped from calling people at all times of the day.  Tried to call and complain or find out who was calling and message says the mailbox is full.

This number has called me 16 times in the last few weeks - all in the middle of the night as I am in France with a US skype number.  I have now blocked the number.

This number calls me - on both my home phone and my cell phone!
