Here it is a year later, and I receive multiple phone calls from this no. and have been for weeks-- sometimes 3X/day -- yesterday only 1 X at 7 pm. I almost picked up, thinking what if it is important. Glad I didn't.

LIKE many other victims, we almost became one.  i posted a chair for sale on Craigslist and a man started TXTing me about wanting to buy, i went along like any other, and finally got TWO MONEY GRAMS for $995 each  he owed me $400 ONLY...  so i was confused, i txt him back and he said "his Assistant" made a booboo, and so i was ORDERED to go to MY BANK and deposit these MONEY GRAMS into my personal acct and send him back the rest via WESTERN UNION... this m'fr, thought he can fool me and so i googled the info off of the check and found the address was in the woods somewhere... then i looked for the bank name, found that on the check but no phone #   IF THE CHECK YOU RECEIVE HAS NO PHONE # OF THE BANK THIS MEANS ITS FRAUD. long story short, we are still playing with this man for more info to catch him... city where is claims to be is PORTO NOVO, BENIN

I was getting multiple calls from "Telefund Inc" at 572-916-0420, so I eventually blocked them. Now I'm getting these calls, also from Telefund. Never leave a message. Bastids.

The call is from Telefund, a marketing organization that calls people in order to get donations and memberships for the Human Rights Campaign.  If you contact the Human Rights Campaign at 202-628-4160 or (800) 777-4723 and ask for the membership department they will take you off the list with Telefund and you shouldn't (I've been told) get the calls anymore.

Good grief!  You don’t know which fund  of 35 they’re calling for if you pick up the phone within 3 rings!
It could be ACLU or ASPCA.  Or it could be Emily’s List or Hiliary for President or Environmental Defense;  a PBS station in Seattle or Planned Parenthood International or Project Hope, etc.

I also get a call every afternoon from this number. They never leave a voicemail.

This number is from a company called Telefund. They raise money for different organizations.
They got my number from the ASPCA.
Telefund wouldn't tell me where they got my number and the ASPCA said that as long as I am donating to the ASPCA then I'm a client and Telefund will continue to call. So I stopped donating and the calls stopped.

Multiple calls from number.  On the verge of harrassment.  Unable to identify who is calling.

how do i block this number from my cell phone. it calls twice a day and there isn't anyone on the other end.

Calls at least once a day, different times and never leaves a message.

We gave gotten a call at about 8:00 pm ever night for the past few weeks....no one leaves a message, a hang up when I answer, and attempts to call the number back result in a message saying the mailbox is full.

Just missed a call form this number: 303-293-2727.  No message was left.  Ugh.  Sick of these solicitors/scams!

Calls from this number all times of day normally early evening tho.  Never leaves a message.

I have been getting spam calls from this number for the past week.  I have no idea why/how they got my number, but no one is on the line, and no one answers when I attempt to return calls.  As others here have noted, I get a message that says that the voicemail box is full.
