Keep receiving calls from this number but they NEVER leave a message...sometimes calling several times though out the day.................

This number calls me about 3 times a week exactly the same time every time they call. If I dont make it to the phone the never leave a message. When I do answer it, the call drops. My cell phone gives me a message saying, "Network Error. Source Not Allowed. Call Ended" Weird. Ive also tried calling the number back. I get a message saying it is for outgoing calls only then it disconnects. Its really starting to annoy me because of how weird the situation is...

No message and not allowing incoming calls? Most likely an automatic dialer from a low-life bill collector.

every day calling for my daughter who does not live with me.
I asked who was calling, lady said a name, I said from what business? she hangs up both times...this is a refusal or hiding from telling me what business, which I know it is against the law for them to do grrrr

..tried to call back and get .. this number is for outbound calls only!!
Is this legal for a collection agency??

They have called me twice today. I've at 8:15am and another at 1:15pm.. I picked up both times after it rang for literally a second and they hung up. When I attempted calling back it said that this number only can make outgoing calls and cannot receive incoming. Very annoying!

They have called twice they won't give the name of the company calling, when asked, I, said I would file a suit for harrassment , they say they are not that's a lie, I, tell them , then they hang-up. When call the number back it is for outgoing calls only, So, how do we contact them?

They call me at least 5 times a day ask for daughter who is under age. I ask who they are and the person states she needs to verify my address first. I said identify yourself first and she hung up. What kind of scam is this?? Does any body know???

Its a telemarketer! I went to my schools officer and he looked it up for me..so just don't pick up your cell when it rings or just block it

I get a call everyday around noon and they don't leave a message.  My number is on the no call list, and not listed.  Wish they would either stop calling or call while I'm home so I can tell them off.

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME AROUND 8:30 ID SAYS THEY ARE FROM MORGANTOWN WV. NO MESSAGE LEFT.

It is a debt collector credit collections usa (llc) it always drops the call because their voip system sucks. They refuse to take you off their list unless you write to ask to be contacted by letter only. They are rude; talk over top of you and I've even been hung up on. If you would like to return the favor of the hangups Call 304-292-3818 and wait you will reach a live person. There are other numbers as well listed on their website including 800 numbers if you don't want to hassle w the others. They are collecting for ER doctors ; the ones contracted by local hospitals so they don't have to pay liability for their incompetence.  Those same Drs that make you wait 13 or more hours in the ER to tell you nothing is wrong and then you end up in emergency surgery because they think everyone is faking or drug seeking. Up to you, just wanted to give everyone the info to decide how they would like to proceed.

The number by c sarge is the way to contact them, they are put off as legit. But they call my cell phone and that number has not been used for any doctor . They are looking for my gf, but I asked how they got the number and they wouldn't tell me. said they  remove my number but when I called them out and said why would they remove my number if that was the only way to contact her they replied I didn't say that was the only way to contact her. But this is our only . number. They are most likely adding people on Facebook through fake accounts and getting your private contact info (what they don't already have) and people you know. Cause there isn't any other way my prepaid unlisted numbercould be gotten. They are visibly legit to the all but scamming is what they do. Rude and hang up. Report then

I receive  harassing calls from this number;  304-292-3841.
When I ask questions they get nasty, said is this your address,
then threaten to send a letter.  This abuse  must stop. or I will
put a stop calls on my phone.
Have no idea who it is,  but in my investigations I found a
collection agency with this number. However, I owe nobody
a penny.  Wherefore, I want this harassment stopped!

This is a collection agency in Morgantown West Virginia.
However, I have no bills, owe nobody a penny.  So, I
have no idea why they are calming me! The way to stop
this harassment is to send a letter to the , Dept. of
Agriculture, in Morgan Town West  Virginia.

This call comes in several times a week and like the others, either it disconnects when you answer or if the voicemail takes the call, they do not leave a message.  This is a very very annoying and very suspicious.
