Got a text message that says 72.58 was withdrawn from my account. I have no idea who this is but I’m not opening the link they sent.

Received a message that a $230 card transaction has been approved and said to click on link for receipt. No idea who text is from and not opening the link.

Received a text saying my charge of 1355. has been approved. Click The link for your e receipt. Be careful don't click!!!

Recieved the following text, reported as phishing

Got a text said $800 payment was approved & to click on link. I Blocked number.

Also got a text from this number to look at the payment receipt. Blocked number

That website was registered in 2021 and expires in 2026. Your "link" doesn't take me anywhere but I used the link above and it was a really strange receipt with nothing about the company, no amount, some basic info and the word "Pre Auth" at the top. I would suggest that you keep an eye on your credit and debit cards and if a strange charge shows up dispute it with the bank immediately.

Hey man your not the only one .Got a text message that says 24.99 has been charged to my card. Was sent in a web link. Pretty sure this is a scam. Same phone. 304-904-4207

I had bought 2 ETF's 2 hours earlier.  Then rec'd 2 messages with different amounts ( none of which I spent ) Same suspicious ph# and email address to click on.  I did neither, and reported it as spam.

This was indeed a transaction on my credit card, placed from my doctor's office, and it showed up on my AmEx account.  Opening the link shows accurate details of the transaction.  Not spam; I think other reports either didn't verify their credit card accounts, or else the text was sent to a wrong number, but this is legit.
