just got this call, turned around and reported it to the do not call registry

I see that people got this call after responding to something on craigslist, well I got this call shortly after bidding on an item on ebay. It may just be a coincidence.

The same thing happens to me but I do speak spanish, when I answer the phone the hang up.

received call today at 5:45 pm and let it go to my vm since it was from an unknown long distance number and it was also in Spanish. I didn't understand what it was so I just deleted it. Sounded like a recording, asking me to press a number.

I am on the national do not call registry and i have been for years. Still I get calls from these numbers. I believe the do not call list is only for telemarketers.

Got the number today also...7:21pm PST.....did not answer.

I got 2 missed calls from this number 304-973-9898 today 06/29/2010. No msg left and i called back but the number doesn't exist? That's what i heard from the operator. This is weird.That suck better find a real paying job to do that just calling ppl.

Called today (6/30/10) at 12:02pm.  Did not answer.  No message.  Haven't responded to any Craigslist ads nor have I posted any within the last 6 months.

same think its a scam

Got a call from the same number, didn't pick up. Must be telemarketers.

The caller (female) only said a couple of words in Spanish on my voice mail and then hung up. Probably another Spanish [***] spam or phishing call. We are on the No-Call list. It's too bad our government can't find a way to enforce it.

got txt from this # says "Just called you at your XXXtfree number.  Scam!  did't do any..

Received call from this number on my cell phone.  Did not answer it as I do not know anyone with this number or area code.

Called.  No message.  They should change there profession before its tooooooo late.

Just received a recorded call in Spanish from his number. First thing they said, in Spanish, was "Don't hang up." So, of course, I hung up. Clearly not intended for me.

my wife got a call this morning.  it was a spanish lady looking for me and telling my wife that i was selling my car.  she wanted my ss# and other info.  wife told her to [***].
