my husband rented his apt in early march and stayed there only for 5-6 days. He paid Allen first and last month rent, total about $1,550. my husband now lost all his deposit. I will send you any receipt when I get them. for safty reason, please do not release my name to him! i am afraid to get hurt.

Yeah I met the guy . He was pretty straight up . Everything about the guy was ok , I even went to his home in miami . The problem is with these folks complaining is they usually have bad credit and don't have a choice in the matter so what happens is you have a bunch of undesireables complaiining about how people run there business because thats all they have left to do with thier lives  I know the man is not perfect but what do you expect with a no-credit check or background check atleast not up front . (he does a back ground check on his own) . never the less you get what you paid for and that's that . You know you give the public enough rope and they'll hang anyone . further more if things where so [***] they should'ev gone elsewhere .

Im with you on that he is a theif and a liar and has scammed everyone or will I want money back and the personal things he has walked out with but lets get him where it will hurt the only thing he cares about is money

the city declared 2174 ne 180th street north miami beach fl 33162 was unsafe for anyone to live in it and i know they are correct black mold growing allover large ceiling parts collasping bugs rats city wanted to bulldoze but he got fpl back on and someones living in it there was code violations from years ago he will not fix anything and uses people that are late in the rent for so called repairs he wont pay them or even buy them lunch or a glass of water he is saving up to be cheap

well its funny people. people point fingers what are not willing to take responsibility for them selfs and payed there rent did something besides smoking crack the garbage. That took two weeks to throw out the neighbors. Love that the old tenants are gone and we have one on video last week stealing stuff of my porch crackheads next time the police will be.called

This guy is awful he put me through a similar ordeal a few years back. How is he not in jail for fraud?!

Such a MF. In the beginning acts like a nice person, but when you know him closer, he is the worst person ever, a rat, greedy, and I think crazy. We used to rent from him, no problems in the beginning, acted like a friend until we decided to move out. All of his places are always always and always dirty. Prices not the cheapiest. Our neighbors at his property used to rent a studio. The toilet was broken, sh.t was coming out of it. They could not use the toilet for 3 days. They were begging him to fix it, but he never did. They had to move out. Never expect anything to be fixed, or cleaned. And you always have to wait for him for hours when you move in.

Yes, it's horrible. We contacted ones a lawyer with a questions against Alen Kaul, and the lawyer told us that he had the whole book of complaints against Alen. I also think he had to be in jail loooong time ago, even though I don't wish that to any person in the world.

This guy has a registered website called ROUBAIX SMARTWATCHES. Very professional looking site and prices that are too good to be true. THEY ARE WAAAAY too good to be true in fact. A Garmin Fenix 3 for only $225 which is half price? This site is A SCAM and you WILL NOT get your watch. He's also registered a jewelry site called ROUBAIX JEWELRY - another scam. A total lowlife parasite who often lists his goods on Craigslist.  His website phone number is (646) 513 7470 but he will not answer. His only contact is by email where he promises the world and delivers nothing.  Karma will catch up with this scumbag.
