Carnival Cruise lines telemarketing

Have asked them to stop calling - I understand marketing is necessary, but they can email.

caller ID unknown
did not answer.
have been getting calls repeatedly.

Keeps calling and leaving voicemail messages.

Rec'd a call initially from a "restricted" # at around 9:30 at night - didn't answer.  Then got a call from 305-599-2600 the next morning which I didn't recognize so didn't answer.  Did take a carnival cruise so good to see from a previous poster that it's their telemarketing dept.  Prefer they contact by email so will not answer this # in future as well.

Got a call.  Answered suspiciosly and sure enough got the 2 second delay before someone asked to speak to me.  I said "he's no longer at this number".  They hung up.  20 seconds later I got an email asking to call them.  I didn't respond to it.  Hopefully they remove me.

I am on the do not call list: please have them take me off there list.

thank you everyone who inputs here...  I didn't answer it, but like knowing who is breaking the "do not call" request I have on my phone number. SHAME ON YOU CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES!!!!!

It's the Carnival Cruise Lines 'upsell fairy' as the number is known by on cruise boards. Must be close to your sail date and they want to put you in those BIG suites!

Saw this missed call on my cell phone. We've sailed Carnival before and have been in recent contact with them.

yep, it's the Carnival up-sell  group. If you already have a booking, you really should listen to them. They'll offer an upgrade at half 9or less) of the normal difference in price. As the do-not-call rules, they only apply to companies that you are not affiliated with. If you have ever booked or inquired about a cruise, they can call you all they want.

i was viewing cruises on their website
filled out an online form
came close to actually booking it online
but was hesitant about the pricing
so i stopped looking for one day
and bam
i get a call
wonder if i had answered:  would they have given me a free brown towel?

Got a call from a blocked number in the morning and didn't pick up. An hour later i got a missed call from 3055992600 and it was Carnival saying they had upgrades available for an upcoming cruise that I am taking. Left a voice mail, never called back.

Carnival telemarketing. It's been 14 months since my last Carnival cruise, and I do not have another booked, so it was a borderline cold call.

I also received this phone call after a cruise. I don't use people to book things for me who I do not know and who call me up without a name with the phone number. Silly of them to allow this. I do not give info over the phone...sigh. LOL

Literally purchased a Carnival cruise 30 minutes ago and just received a call from 305-599-2600.  My cruise is in a month so I really hope they don't keep calling me until then.
