I received a call from this number and they left me a voicemail stating they were Carnival Cruise Lines. In the message they asked if I would call back and provide them with my e-mail address so they can send me specials.

sir who are you telling to please remove you from the list sir?? do u think the agents are really reading this post and would actually consider taking you out of their data base?? get real.

Got two missed calls from this #305-599-2600.  I googled it to see who it was, glad I am not the only one getting these calls.  I was on the Carnival Cruise website the day before the calls. I hope they stop calling, since I will not answer.

Carnival Cruse Line need not call me.  Was scheduled for a cruise with myself and 5 other ladies.  They would not let me board with the same info that I had given them just a few months before.  Of course I didnt get money back either!!  I am really beside myself why a cruise line cant refund money on something we didnt do..  I understand Carnival is going down hill from a friend that just took a cruise.  They did not have the buffet OR room service.  I think I would look elsewhere.

Carnival cruise lines calling to tell me what to print out for our upcoming cruise, as we have booked online.  No upsell.  Gave me 1-800# and extension if we have any questions.

These [***] just called my wife's phone at 12:45AM?!?  We have never booked, nor inquired, nor considered Carnival Cruise Lines and are both on the DNC.

You or your wife probably did at some point. Just give em a call and ask to be removed from their list.

The DNC doesn't apply here because Carnival doesn't cold call.

So I too have a cruise booked through Carnival in the near future.. has anyone tried to see if there's actually a legitimate upgrade being offered from this number? If so, how much and how good were the upgrades? If it's actually worth it, I might answer the call.

I got a call from this number and it was my daughter calling from a Carnival Cruise ship.  Glad I answered

I just a call from this number. Here's the low-down.

It's not a telemarketer. It's a legit call. They are customer service for Carnival Cruise lines. Wife and I booked a sail for coming April. The agent was Mario. Very good guy to talk to if you have any questions about your cruise, itinerary and shared ideas on what our family can do to make sure we enjoy our trip and take advantage of the time at the ports and on the ship.

A number to definitely answer if you are doing business w/ Carnival no doubt!

They're legit.  I have booked and cruised with CCL 8-10 times.  On 3 occasions I got upgraded to the penthouse suite two weeks before our sail date...for a much lower rate than I could of done online.  Other times we couldn't afford another dime, so we declined when called for the upsell.

Its a personal preference if you wish to speak to them.  I would.  And if you don't want to be bothered,  just answer and ask to be taken off the call list, they aren't the normal annoying telemarketer.  They will listen and remove you as you request.

I put a Carnival cruise deal on "24hr courtesy hold" on their website.
I changed my mind and decided to let it go and let the "hold" expire.
The very next day a "personal vacation planner" called and left a message.

No, it's not the 'upsell fairy'. We don't have a cruise booked, but they still called us to drum up business. They're just doing their jobs. That's no reason to beat them up.

Remove me from calling list.

I don't know this caller and do not want to have more calls all times of the day and night. I didn't answer call. Never answer when I don't know the caller name or number.
