Started getting these calls two days ago. Just now, the call had lots of background noise and voices on the answering machine. All previous calls were silent, but I never picked up. They're not the only crank calls, but this is a new number to appear on my phone. Triangulate & smother!!!!

They have been calling my cell phone numerous times a day for weeks now.  I am on the National Do Not Call list for both my home and cell phone and I have filed a complaint there.  In the meantime, I just hit the button to cancel the ring when they call and have logged their identity into my phone as PITA (Pain in the A**)!!!

Have received calls from this number about 3 times a day for the last 3 months.  I answered it yesterday and nobody was there.  Tried to call back and got a fast busy signal.  They just called and I answered and it was an english speaking girl who said I had been on their Acuiberry website recently (which I wasn't) and wanted to know if I ...I cut her off and told her to quit calling my number and I hung up.

I think i just figured out where they got my number. I have been reading through these responses and found several that relate to some of my activity. I was on fox news website and clicked on an ad for Resveratrol the anti-aging over the counter drug. I filled out a form using my number and have noticed this type of thing has happened with others. Just an fyi. Also, i just called my phone company to have this number blocked. No Problem

I was on a weight loss website for Acai Berry, and they had a 30 day free trial. The website said it was endorsed by Oprah etc. I put in my information then they asked for a credit card and I changed my mind. This number called me 3058001000 and said that it was in response to my interest. I said I was no longer interested and said thank you and hung up. This number keeps calling me 3-4 x's a day. Many times they do not say anything. Today, they asked if my name was .... and I said yes, and they called me a [***] and that is all they said. It was a gentleman. This is very disturbing and to hear others talk of this is awful.

I went on the website for Acai Berry diet. I entered my phone number for a free trial then it asked me to put in my credit card number. I opted not to and got offline. I received a call from the 305-800-1000 number and they said they saw I was interested in the diet and I told them I changed my mind and hung up. I get calls 3-4x per day, and usually no one says anything until today. Today, they asked if I was .... and I said I was, and they called me a [***].  I hung up. I'be been receiving the at least 6 calls a day from the 305-800-1000 number, every time I pick up, no one speaks.  I just called my phone company, Sprint, and they said that can't do ANYTHING about it, they can't block the number, they can't even search the number to see who it is.  It's amazing to me in this modern computerized age, that no one out there can assist in stopping the harrasement.  This is ridiculous.,  Does anyone have any other suggestions.

Yeah I have been getting this about for 2 weeks now and its annoying, He has never spoke to me but calls every day, sometimes twice. I'm lucky it seems he does not speak to me after reading all this. Is there anything we can do on our side , besides this?

This 305-800-1000 number started calling my cell phone the week of 6/27/09. I received one call on one day and three calls within two hours on another day. I never replied to any calls. When I finally answered the call today,7/2/09 at 11 AM no one responded.  IS this some kind of scam?

I have just received 2 calls from this # on my cellphone.  I looked at the acaiberry website..  don't remember completing anything and definitely did not give any credit card info.  

anyhow, I'm reporting this number to the better business bureau.  Enough is enough.

I have been receiving multiple calls (up to 10/day) from 305-800-1000. My caller ID says "IVR". There is an immediate disconnect when I answer. I've tried calling back but a recording states this is not a working number. This has to stop - it is like a pervasive cancer!

Calls all the time. Very annoying. Would like to join a class action lawsuit against this nuisuance to society if any interested lawyers are out there.

I keep getting this same number and thought maybe this was just me getting the calls. Then I put the number on the internet to search and found this information site. Who is this person?  I get calls from this number everyday more than once. I have called the number back and I get a recording that the number is non-working. I told them the other day to stop calling me and they still call. No one speaks on the other end.  How can we stop this person or persons from calling our phone.

We keep getting these calls, over and over and no one answers on the other end, they just hang up on me. I am not sure how to stop the calls since there is no identifying information. I show it is available on paid sites but the one I tried shows nothing but has a button to click if you know it is a real number. I guess maybe we all just need to keep posting to reporting sites to get it noticed. I saw one person said they filed a report with the FCC I am going to look into that. I am on the no call list as well.

They call every day and I the times I answer they hang up, they leave nothing on my voicemail and it is disconnected when I call back.

For those who are receiving many many calls from this company go to

donotcall.gov

and ascertain if your number is on the don't call list. If it isn't put in on. If it is, then file a complaint

you will have to supply them with all the information you have regarding who is calling you. If you're not sure of the information go to the BBB's website click on USA, then search for companies such as ACAIBERRY.COM, or FWM Laboratories

Use the information contained in the BBB Complaints for Names, Address, Phone numbers, fax numbers etc. They also give you business AKA's

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC, If everyone files a complaint every time this company calls we may get them shut down.....
