and ascertain if your number is on the don't call list. If it isn't put in on. If it is, then file a complaint

you will have to supply them with all the information you have regarding who is calling you. If you're not sure of the information go to the BBB's website click on USA, then search for companies such as ACAIBERRY.COM, or FWM Laboratories

Use the information contained in the BBB Complaints for Names, Address, Phone numbers, fax numbers etc. They also give you business AKA's

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC, If everyone files a complaint every time this company calls we may get them shut down.....

My friend gets a call from this # that it was on my behave, tried calling the # to no avail. Will like to know which company this is and what they do?.

This caller is irratating and has some type of mental problem that getting thrills out of phone calls seems to insure.  Why do these people get away with this?

So this number has been calling me non stop for a couple weeks, i tried blocking them but that didn't work either. I decide to pick up and miraculously there's actually someone on the line and not just another hang-up, and they tell me they are from acai berry and that I entered my information on June 19th. I honestly don't remember doing that, and really don't want the product or free sample anymore. The phone call started out with him telling me I need a confirmation, and I just told him I don't remember putting in my info and don't want the product anymore, I just want them to take me off the list. So then he gets all mad and says that I don't have to sit here and lie. I just repeated that I'd like to be taken off the list and they hung up.

First of all, who the hell is he, as a representative of this company who has been calling me and hanging up 10 times a day for the past three weeks, to give me a morality lesson? I am appalled at their behavior and hope that they will take me off their list. I hate self-possessed, condescending [***] telemarketers. Go get a job that doesn't consist of sitting in a chair, getting paid 2 bucks an hour just to harass people.

I have been receiving calls from this number multiple times a day for the last month.  How can I get them to stop calling?

This number has called my cell phone 9 times in the last week.  When I answer it no one is there.

This number calls me a few times a day, nearly every day. If I answer they say nothing and hang up after a few seconds, if I don't answer no message is left on my VM. If I try to call back I get the operator saying my call cannot be completed as dialed. Who is this and how do I stop them?

This number, as well as the Florida number - only difference is the area code, keeps calling and it is very frustrating when you can't do anything about it.  They don't leave a message. I will not answer it because of the comments made in this article.  They called last night at 8:45 plus 3 other times during the day.  They have started it over today. They stay on the line long enough for the Answering Machine to pick up and all you get from the machine is a beep beep. You have a call and they didn't leave a message.  So, you have to get up and go to the Answering Machine and delete it.  Drives me crazy.

A caller from 305-800-1000 calls sometimes 3 times a day does not talk sometimes hangs up...I hate it....Someone needs to stop this.

this number keeps calling me and they hang up as soon as i answer when i try to call it back it says its disconnected

Someone call from this number everyday in the afternoon Pacific Time.  They will sometimes call once or twice in the afternoon.  Once I answered but no response, then my husband answered and no response.  Now I just pick up the phone without saying anything and keep them on line until they hang up which is only a couple minutes.

They've been calling for the last two days, twice each day. No one is there, then it disconnects. And they don't leave a message. ANNOYING!!!!!
